DESTINATION WOLLONGONG’S 2022 “WIN AN E-BIKE" COMPETITION
TERMS & CONDITIONS
• Promotion commences 10:00am 01/07/2022 and finishes 31/07/2022 at 11:59:59pm.
• The winners will be announced by Tuesday 02/08/2022 at 4:00pm on Destination Wollongong’s Facebook
and notified through their nominated email address.
• Entrants must be over the age of 18.
• The “prize” is defined as either:
A. Transend E+ GTS 25km/h M Knight Shield
B. Transend E+ LDS 25km/h S Sky Blue
• The “operator” is defined as Destination Wollongong or Giant Wollongong.
• The winners of Destination Wollongong’s 2022 E-Bike Giveaway will be entitled to their nominated prize of
either ‘Transend E+ GTS 25km/h M Knight Shield’ OR ‘Transend E+ LDS 25km/h S Sky Blue’ (details found at
WIN an e-Bike – Destination Wollongong (visitwollongong.com.au)).
• The “prize” can be redeemed/collected only once.
• Destination Wollongong aims to ensure the featured prize is accurate at time of publication, however
operator reserves the right to alter / amend the prize and substitute with something of equal value.
• Once the prize has been claimed, Destination Wollongong takes no responsibility for matters involving the
prize including but not limited to warranty information.
• Prizes are non-transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. 2 winners will be selected, each
to win a Transend E-Bike with an individual prize value of $3,000 - $4,000.
• When the winner is notified, they will be required to provide personal information, but not limited to, their
phone number so Destination Wollongong can arrange delivery/collection of the prize. By entering this
competition, entrants also agree to have that information shared with third parties involved in the
competition, including Giant Wollongong for operational purposes only. This information will only be used
for the expressed purpose of Destination Wollongong’s 2022 “Win an e-Bike" Competition.
• Entries are not accepted through Facebook and will only be accepted through the entry form on
Destination Wollongong’s website. Entrants must provide their name, email address and residential
postcode and agree to the T&Cs to have their entry accepted. Incomplete entries or entries with missing
fields (as noted above) will not be accepted.
• The winner must agree to participate in marketing and promotional opportunities including having their
image and name posted to Destination Wollongong’s channels as the winner of the 2022 “Win an e-Bike"
Competition.
• The winner must also write a short blurb about their experience as the winner of Destination Wollongong’s
2022 “Win an e-Bike" Competition and provide that to Destination Wollongong for publication across its
owned channels. The winner must also supply a photo or video with the bike and mention Destination
Wollongong with relevant tags including #VisitWollongong on socials.
• The winner will be drawn through computer generated random selection at Destination Wollongong, 93
Crown Street Wollongong NSW 2500 on Monday 01/08/2022 at 3pm.
