Single Trail Vertical Bike Rack
Here at AMB we have been testing a whole bunch of vertical bike racks recently. The Australian-made Single Trail 5UP rack was impressive, thanks to the super-fast loading and unloading, and the fast fitting and removal with the integrated anti-wobble hitch to make it rock solid in the hitch.
With a pivot used to easily release the rack while ready to brace it (with a mate is recommended if it's loaded), it can also lock into place in an inboard position, to keep your bikes close to the back of your vehicle.
Single Trail have a zinc electro-plated finish for long life, and the rack can carry 25kg per wheel hoop. The rope fastening system keeps the bikes snugly into the carrier, and with one strong point of retention, this makes it so fast to load and unload for fast shuttle turnarounds.
