Eligible individuals must purchase an authentic Ledlenser product priced $25 or greater from any Ledlenser Australia stockist.
The prizes are as follows: One Husqvarna FE450 dirtbike in Ledlenser livery valued at $20,000 drive away, and ten Ledlenser H7R Signature Series headlamps valued at a total of $2999.50.
The Promoter is the Australian management of Ledlenser, trading as Zen (ABN 62 002 764 552) of Unit 8, 7-9 Rhodes Street, West Ryde NSW 2114. Images represented within advertising for this campaign are for illustrative purposes only; but are a close representation of the motorcycle being given away. Final graphics on delivered Husqvarna FE450 may vary.
All entries must be registered online only at ledlenser.com.au/pages/dirtbikegiveaway22. If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond reasonable control, Zen may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation. Any such events will be communicated via email with all registrants.
The promotion will commence on 18th July 2022 and entries close on 30th September 2022. The prize draw will take place, in the presence of an independent witness at 12 noon AEST on Friday 7th October 2022, at Zen.
All prize winners will be contacted by phone and in writing via email within two days of the draw and the winners names will be published on the 10th October 2022 at ledlenser.com.au/pages/dirtbikegiveaway22 for no less than 28 days. Prize winners under the age of 18 must supply written parental or gaurdian consent to Zen prior to the date of prize publishing and will be requested via phone contact. In the event of the prize remaining unclaimed after the period of 28 days a redraw will occur in the presence of an independent witness at 12 noon AEST on Friday 4th November 2022, at Zen.
