The competition will run in all Woolworths supermarket (including online and Woolworths Metro stores, but excluding Woolworths fuel outlets) in Australia and New Zealand that stock specially marked Nutella jars that advertise this promotion (each a “Store”).
Qualifying Purchase
To be eligible to enter, entrants must purchase, in a single transaction, any specially marked Nutella jar relating to this promotion from a Store (“Qualifying Purchase”).
Entry instructions
To enter, entrants must, during the Competition Period:
(a) visit the Website and follow the prompts to the promotion entry page;
(b) input the requested details including full name, email address, postal address, phone number, Store of Qualifying Purchase;
(c) upload a copy of their Qualifying Purchase receipt;
(d) check the box consenting to personal information being stored and managed in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Promoter’s privacy policy; and
(e) submit the fully completed online entry form (each an “Entry”).
Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one (1) entry permitted per transaction; and (b) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements.
For the avoidance of doubt, if multiple specially marked Nutella jars are purchased in a single Qualifying Purchase, the entrant is only entitled to one (1) Entry for that Qualifying Purchase.
How many winners will there be and how will they be chosen?
1. There will be one (1) draw conducted for this promotion. The draw will take place on 18/10/22 at 3:30pm AEDT (5:30pm NZDT) at Anisimoff Legal, Suite 5/210 Central Coast Hwy, Erina NSW 2250. Winners will be notified in writing within two (2) business days of the draw and ACT winners will be published on the Website on 20/10/22.
The first two hundred (200) valid entries drawn will win the prize.
The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries in a draw and record them in order in case a winning entry/entrant is deemed invalid. For the avoidance of doubt, non-winning entries in each draw will be rolled over to subsequent draws.
What can I win?
There are 200 prizes available.
Each winner drawn will receive one (1) digital pre-paid Mastercard valued at
$50.00.
The total prize pool is up to AU$10,000.00
Winners will be notified by phone and in writing within two (2) business days of determination.
You must keep the following as proof of purchase for all entries: • Copy of purchase receipt for Qualifying Purchase.
If you do not produce the above proof of purchase for all entries when asked the Promoter may disqualify all of your entries and you will lose any right to a prize.
Proof of purchase must be identical to that provided by you with your entry. If, in the Promoter's opinion, you have shared any proof of purchase with another person, your entries will be invalid and you will lose any right to a prize.
Prize claim date: 2:30pm AEDT (4:30pm NZDT) on 18/11/22.
Unclaimed prize determination: 3:30pm AEDT (5:30pm NZDT) on 18/11/22 at the same location as the original draw.
If a prize has not been accepted or claimed by the prize claim date above or if, after making all reasonable attempts, the Promoter cannot contact a winner (or a winner does not contact the Promoter) by the prize claim date above, that winner will forfeit their prize and the Promoter will carry out an unclaimed prize draw at the date, time and place stated above to randomly distribute the prize/s.
Any winner/s will be notified by phone and in writing within two days of
determination and published on the Website on 22/11/22
