**Brimbank Fair Spin and Win Promotion Terms and Conditions

Introduction

1. Information on how to enter the promotion forms part of these terms and conditions of entry.  Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these conditions of entry.

2. This promotion is being run at Brimbank Shopping Centre, Deer Park (the 'Centre').

3. This promotion is being run by Brimbank Shopping Centre Management Office (the ‘Promoter’).

4. By submitting an entry into this promotion, entrants warrant that they have read, understand and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If the entrant is under the age of 18 years, each entrant’s consenting parent or guardian is responsible for ensuring their familiarity with these terms and conditions at the time of participation. Entry into this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

5. A copy of these terms and conditions can be obtained from the Centre Management Office and on the Brimbank Shopping Centre website at www.brimbankshoppingcentre.com.au

Duration

6. The promotion commences from 12 pm – 3pm daily from Monday, 19th September 2022 to Friday, 23rd September 2022, or whilst stocks lasts.

Eligibility

7. The promotion is only open to residents of Australia.

8. Employees and immediate families of Brimbank Shopping Centre, the associated companies and contractors of the Centre, retailers at the Centre and any other agencies associated with this competition are ineligible to enter.

Method of Entry

To enter, entrants must:

9. Spend $20 or more on one transaction at Brimbank Shopping Centre at participating retailers. Receipt must be from within the campaign dates, 19th-23rd 2022.

11. Present their receipt at the promotional area in Centre Court inside Brimbank Shopping Centre during advertised days and times where their receipt will be stamped and recorded on a form with entrant’s details.

12. Receipts must total $20 or over to be eligible to enter. Receipts from a combination of retailers will be accepted.

13. Once a receipt has been stamped, it cannot be used again.

14. One entry per customer, per day,

15. Receipt must be from the same day of purchase within the promotion period.

17. Excluded store receipts will not be accepted (refer item 10).

18. Once proof of purchase and details have been submitted, the entrant it eligible to spin the prize wheel once to claim their Instant prize.

19. Spin and Win prizes are while stock lasts.

Prizes

24. The prizes are not transferable, redeemable or exchangeable for cash.

25. The Promoter does not warrant the merchantability, suitability and/or fitness for purpose of any goods and/or services awarded as a gift.

26. If the prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute that gift (or that part of the gift) to the equal value.
