1 Introduction
1.1 This ‘Shop & Win: Broadway Shopping Trolley Giveaway’ (Promotion) is
conducted by Real Asset Management Pty Limited ACN 162 123 408 (Promoter).
1.2 These terms and conditions (T&Cs) apply to all entries into and any prizes awarded
under the Promotion.
1.3 The laws of New South Wales apply to the conduct of the Promotion and the
interpretation of these T&Cs.
1.4 By submitting a physical entry into this Promotion, the entrant (Entrant):
1.4.1 warrants that they have read, understand these T&Cs; and
1.4.2 accepts and agrees to be bound by the T&Cs.
1.5 Entrants under the age of 18 must obtain approval from their parent/guardian before
entering this Promotion.
2 Duration of Promotion
2.1 This Promotion commences at 9:00 AM (AEST) on 26 August 2022 and concludes
on 21 November 2022 at 5:00 PM (AEST) (Promotion Period).
3 Restrictions on entry
3.1 This Promotion is open to individuals who are residents of Australia except:
3.1.1 directors, officers, management, suppliers and employees (and the
immediate families of directors, officers, management, suppliers,
employees) of the Promoter and its related bodies corporates;
3.1.2 retailers, store owners and managers who operate at The Broadway Plaza
and any employees, contractors or subcontractors of any retailers, store
owners and managers who operate at The Broadway Plaza; and
3.1.3 any person engaged to perform cleaning or security services at The
Broadway Plaza.

3.2 If the Entrant is under the age of 18 years at the time of the draw, the prize will be
awarded to the winner’s nominated parent or guardian on the winner’s behalf.
4 Method of entry
4.1 To enter the Promotion, during the Promotional Period an Entrant must:
4.1.1 spend:
4.1.1.1 a minimum of $50 in one transaction at a Participating Retailer
other than Woolworths and HaoCha & Co Punchbowl; or
4.1.1.2 a minimum of $25 in one transaction at HaoCha & Co Punchbowl;
or
4.1.1.3 spend a minimum of $100 or more in one transaction at
Woolworths at The Broadway Plaza;
4.1.2 collect and fill in a physical entry form available from Participating
Retailers;
4.1.3 date of purchase within the Promotional Period, correctly complete the
entry details including the Entrant’s full name, suburb, postcode, email
address and contact telephone number; and
4.1.4 attach a valid receipt as proof of purchase to confirm the Entrant meets the
entry requirements in clause 4.1.1
4.2 Partial lay-by receipts, bill payments (such as the payment of credit card bills), bank
transactions, bank fees and charges and service bills (such as gas, electricity, rates,
and phone bills) along with the purchase of tobacco products and gift cards at a
Participating Retailer will not contribute to the Entrant meeting the minimum spend
requirements in clause 4.1.1.
4.3 There is no limit on the number of times an Entrant may enter the Promotion
provided that the Entrant completes a separate entry form for each entry. However,
each Entrant is only able to win a maximum of one prize.
4.4 Entrants will only be permitted to enter by submitting one receipt which meets the
minimum spend requirements in clause 4.1.1, per Participating Retailer, per day
regardless of the total amount spent at the relevant Participating Retailer. An entry
will only be valid if an Entrant uses a separate receipt for each entry.
4.5 The Promoter does not accept responsibility for any late, lost, incomplete,
misdirected, delayed or illegible entries whether due to error, omission, alteration,
tampering, theft, destruction or otherwise.
4.6 The Promoter reserves the right to not accept entries that appear illegible, forged,
mutilated, copied, or tampered with in any way.

4.7 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or winner and may refuse
to award any prize to a person who is ineligible or has violated any rule, gained
unfair advantage in participating in the Promotion, or obtained winner status using
fraudulent means.
4.8 Entries that do not fully comply with these T&Cs may be deemed invalid at the
Promoter’s discretion.
5 Draw
5.1 The first valid entry randomly drawn from all valid entries received during the
Promotion Period will each win a Prize.

5.3 The Promoter’s decision is final. No further correspondence will be entered.

6.1 The total prize pool value for this Promotion is approx. $6,000, including GST.

6.3 All prize values are in Australian dollars and are correct at the time of printing. The
Promoter takes no responsibility for variations in the prize value due to availability
of products at the time of purchase.
6.4 The prize is not transferable, redeemable, or exchangeable for cash.
6.5 The Promoter does not warrant the merchantability, suitability or fitness for purpose
of any goods and/or services awarded as a prize.
6.6 All prizes are subject to any additional terms and conditions notified to the winner
by the entity that supplied the prize.
6.7 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the Prize value. If the
prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the
right to substitute that prize (or that part of the prize) where the substitute prize is of
equal or greater value, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
7 Notification of winner and prize collection
7.1 The Promoter will notify the winner by telephone or email on the date of each draw.
7.2 The winner may claim the prize within 14 days of notification.
7.3 The winner must collect the prize(s) from The Broadway Plaza.
7.4 The Promoter will require the winners to provide proof of identity and age.
Identification considered suitable for verification is at the Promoter’s discretion.

7.5 If, after making all reasonable attempts, the Promoter cannot contact a drawn winner
(and the drawn winner does not contact the Promoter) within 30 days of the draw,
the Promoter reserves the right to discard that entry and to draw another winner 30
days after the draw (at the same location as the original draw) who will be given 30
days to claim the prize.
8 Publicity Materials
8.1 By entering this Promotion, Entrants accept that their name may be made public. A
picture, along with the winner’s name, may be requested for publication on social
media platforms as part of the Promotion. By submitting an entry, you agree to your
name and picture being published and to participate in any promotional material for
the Promoter.
9 Disclaimer
9.1 Photographs used in the Promotion are for illustrative purposes only and may not be
to scale or depict exact prize detail or size.
9.2 By entering the Promotion, you acknowledge that these T&Cs provide adequate
warning of eligibility requirements, alternative prize arrangements and afford a
reasonable opportunity for you to seek your own independent legal advice prior to
taking any prize.
9.3 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any prize once it has been collected by
the winner.
9.4 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, late or illegible receipts.
9.5 To the extent permitted by law, including pursuant to schedule 2 of the Competition
and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) (Australian Consumer Law), the Promoter and its
associated subsidiaries, employees, advisers, agents, and related bodies corporate
shall not be liable for any loss or damage of whatsoever nature however occasioned
to any person by, through or in connection with the Promotion or accepting or using
any prize (including but not limited to direct, indirect, or consequential loss or
damage or personal injury).
9.6 The winner must, on demand, indemnify and keep indemnified, the Promoter, its
subsidiaries, agencies, employees, advisers, agents and companies against all claims,
losses, damages, costs, and expenses reasonably or lawfully suffered or incurred by
the Promoter by reason of any loss, damage or injury incurred by the Promoter
arising out of this Promotion
