Major Promotion – Cash Crows
Terms and Conditions of Entry
Information on how to enter and the prize list forms part of these Conditions of Entry.
The promotion ‘Cash Crows’ will be known as the Major Promotion.
Entry into the Major Promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
Only financial members of Redlands Sporting Club are eligible to participate or win in this promotion.
Employees of Redlands Sporting Club are not eligible to participate or win in this promotion.
Entrants must be over eighteen (18) years of age.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process which is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
The Major Promotion operates from 9:30am on Monday 26th September 2022 until approximately 4:30pm on Sunday 30th October 2022.
The winner selected must be present at the prize draw location within three (3) minutes to be determined a winner of the prize on offer. Verification of their Membership Card is required, and if the winner is not present within three (3) minutes a redraw of that prize will occur unless they have their name on the register see point 10.
Winners will be notified in person, however Members who are participate in activities within the club for example bingo, must place their name on the register to be eligible to participate in the draws. Those that win will be notified once their activity is over and prize will be kept to the side for them.
Members of Redlands Sporting Club who play the gaming machines with their membership card inserted will receive one (1) entry to enter the Major Promotion with every $20 of turnover.
Members of Redlands Sporting Club will receive one entry for every $2 they spend in the bar, restaurant & cafe.
Members of the Redlands Sporting Club can gain 1 entry into promotion daily by swiping through the kiosk.
Entries will automatically be generated by ‘Max E-draw’. A member can check the number of entries they have in the draw by swiping their card on the swipe kiosk or on a vector unit on a gaming machine. Members must validate their entry tickets on the draw days every 2 and ½ hours of the promotion by swiping their membership card on the kiosk or playing the gaming machines with their card inserted or making a purchase in the club.
There will be five major draw days, held on Sundays: 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd and 30th October 2022.
There will be 10 winners drawn out each draw date.
Draws times will start from 1.30pm and a winner will be drawn out every 15 minutes
Winners of the 10 draws can only win one prize per person.
After the last draw 4pm all winners will be asked to come back to Reception and choose a crow.

20. Each winner is responsible for paying any and all taxes on any prize won and must authorize the deduction of such taxes, if any, from the prize to the extent required by law.
21. Redlands Sporting Club is not liable for any loss, damage or injury by any person in connection with the Major Promotion.
22. The decisions of the management of Redlands Sporting Club are final. No correspondence will be entered into.
23. If a member is found to be abusing this promotion a decision will be made by management to refuse entries
24. If a member passes away their promotion entries cannot be transferred to another member.
25. Promotional materials are void if stolen, forged, mutilated or tampered with in any way.
26. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or mis-directed entries.
27. By entering into the Major Promotion, winners agree to have their photo taken for promotional purposes.
