CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

1. Competition entries are open to Queensland residents over 18 years of age. 2. The Promoter is FEG Sales Pty Ltd ACN 644578923 as the owner of Sticky Addiction and Smoky Addiction, at Level 1, 99 Chapel Street, Marrickville, 2204, NSW. 3. The promotion commences on the 6th of October and concludes at 6 pm AEST on the 23rd of October 2022. 4. Employees of The Promoter or associated agencies or companies directly involved in the Competition and their immediate family members are ineligible to enter. 5. The Prize is one Super-Pass Experience for two people to the 2022 Boost Mobile Gold Coast 500 at the Surfers Paradise Street Circuit on the Saturday 29th of October 2022. The total prize is valued at $1,500 (AUD) The Super-Pass Experience includes: 2 x General Admission Tickets (Saturday Only), 2 x Course Rides, 2 x Behind-The-Scenes Experience, Free food and drinks from the Sticky & Smoky Addiction Food Truck with a Sticky & Smoky VIP Pass Access. 6. The Prize does not include any incidental expenses incurred by the Winner, including but not limited to airport transfers, parking, meals and beverages (outside of the Super-Pass Experience described above). 7. The Winner must be available to attend the 2022 Boost Mobile Gold Coast 500 Surfers Paradise street circuit on the Saturday 29th of October 2022, otherwise, there will be a redraw. 8. Further information will be given to the winner once contacted on the morning of the 24th of October 2022 by The Promoter. 9. The Prize cannot be exchanged for cash by the Winner or transferred, sold or transacted by the Winner in any way to any other person or entity. 10. The Prize draw from all entries will take place by The Promoter on the 23rd of October 2022 at 6 pm AEST using an online random picker tool. 11. The Promoter will notify the Winner by email and phone call on the same day of the draw. An announcement of the Winner will be published on the Promoter, Sticky Addiction and Smoky Addiction digital and social media accounts, including websites, LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook accounts. 12. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries or disqualify any entrant for tampering with an entry or submitting an entry not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry. 13. Any costs associated with entering this competition and fulfilling the prize entitlements are the sole responsibility of the entrants and Winner. Costs for travel and accommodation will be at the charge of the Promoter. 14. Any entry contact details entered incorrectly will be invalid. 15. The Promoter reserves the right to change any terms contained in these terms of use at any time. 16. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for the winner being unable to participate in the prize. 18. Entry will be deemed as acknowledgement and acceptance of these Conditions of Entry. The Promoter is not liable for incomplete/damaged/misdirected entries. 19. Subject to any directions given under the legislation regulating the competition, in the event the prize is not accepted or claimed by the 24th of October at 6 pm AEST, the relevant Winner’s entry will be deemed invalid, and the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a further re-draw at complete random again. The re-draw will occur at the 24th of October at 6 pm AEST. The Promoter will notify the new Winner by email and phone call. 20. The Winner indemnifies the Promoter and its agencies fully regarding any injury or loss whatsoever, personal, financial, or otherwise, which may result directly or indirectly from being involved in this competition and/or accepting any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. 21. The Promoter has no responsibility or liability for any incorrect/inaccurate information associated with the competition, or for technical error/any combination thereof that may occur including but not limited to any omission/interruption/deletion/defect/delay in operation/transmission/communications/network or any technical problem/ any failure/theft/destruction of entries or any injury/damage to entrant’s or any other person’s related to resulting from participation in this competition. 23. The Promoter will collect each entrant’s personal information to conduct the promotion. If the entrant does not provide the requested information, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. By entering, unless otherwise advised by the entrant, each entrant consents to information with their entry being entered into a database and the Promoter may use this information in any media and promotional material for future promotional purposes without any reference/payment/compensation to the entrant. 24. The Promoter has the right to use without restriction the image of the Winner and partner in social media posts and campaigns. 25. Each entrant’s personal information will be stored at the Promoters office and may be used by or disclosed to any related entity, employee, contractor, or agent of the promoter for promotional purposes and State/Territory lottery departments. To review the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, please contact the Promoter. 26. The Promoter’s decision is final in regard to every aspect of the Competition.
