By entering into the draw, entrants accept these Terms and Conditions of Entry and warrant they have read, understood and agree to be bound by them.
 

Eligibility and Entry to Promotion

Entry is open to all residents of Australia of any age. Owners, directors and staff of Associated Retailers Limited, SportsPower, their affiliates and their immediate families are ineligible to enter all online promotions conducted by Associated Retailers Limited. Immediate family includes spouses, de-facto spouses, parents, natural or adopted children or siblings and step children.
This promotion begins at 9.00am Wednesday 12th October and concludes at 11.59pm Wednesday 26th October 2022.
It is a further condition of entry that Associated Retailers Limited has the right to publicise names of any entrant to the promotion or matter incidental to the promotion.
Entry to the promotion is free. To enter, entrants must, during the promotional period ‘sign up’ to the SportsPower Australia Fanclub (https://www.sportspower.com.au/pages/competition)
All decisions of Associated Retailers Limited are final and cannot be contested and no correspondence or discussions will be entered into.
 

Prizes

There is one (1) prize - prize consisting of 1 x Gray-Nicolls Vapour Junior Bat, 1 x Gray-Nicolls Vapour Junior Batting Pads, 1x Gray-Nicolls Vapour Junior Batting Gloves, 1 x Gray-Nicolls GN 700 Wheelie Bag. Valued at RRP $229 total.
Prizes are not transferrable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
 

Draw and Method of Draw

This is not a game of skill. The winning entry will be drawn from all entries received during the promotional period using a random electronic drawing system.
Entrants are not required to be present at the draw.
Draw will take place at Associated Retailers Limited, 5 Kingston Town Close, Oakleigh, Victoria 3166 at 10.00am on Monday 31st October 2022.
 

Prize Claims

Within 2 days of the draw, the prize winners will be notified via email from customerservice@sportspower.com.au only. If contact unanswered, prize is forfeited after 28 days.
