Terms and Conditions:
Competition closes at 5:00pm Melbourne Time on 28 November 2022.
To enter, entrants must:
• complete a ‘Harry Potter’ entry form. Entry forms can be
found by finding the ‘golden snitch’ hidden in a Smiggle store or online. Entry forms must be completed by answering the ‘secret word’ (found with the golden snitch) and answering in 25 words or less ‘why you’re the biggest Harry Potter fan’; and
• post their entry in the stores mailbox; or
• email their completed entry form to
marketing@smiggle.com.au; or
• enter online at
www.smiggle.com.au; or
• submit their entry to Facebook or Instagram, tag
@smiggle_ and use the hashtag #smigglehar rypottertrip.
7.Maximum Number of Entries: One (1) entry per person
8. Judging Details:
A panel established by the Promoter will review all entries and select the winning entry. The winner will be selected on 13 December 2022 by the Promoter at 457 St Kilda Road, Melbourne, Victoria, 3004.
This is a game of skill: chance plays no part in determining prize winner. Entries will be individually judged on their creative merit, originality and the suitability to the Competition. See also Conditions of Entry.
9. Prize (clause 6)
There will be one (1) prize winner who will receive:
1. One (1) Flight centre travel voucher, valued at a maximum of AUD2,000 (Australia) or NZD2,000 (New Zealand) to assist with any travel related expenses;
2. four (4) midweek tickets or one (1) family midweek ticket to Harry Potter and the Cursed Child in Melbourne valued at AUD550 (Australia) or NZD550 (New Zealand). Midweek tickets can only be redeemed between Tuesday – Thursday and are subject to availability and valid until March 26th 2023.
Unless expressly stated, all costs and expenses associated with taking the Prize are the responsibility of the prize winner and their nominated guests, including:
• additional taxes;
• costs associated with inoculations, passports and/or
visa applications; • transfers;
• travel insurance;
• spending money;
• meals;
• transport including flights; • accommodation;
• any extra sightseeing activities; and
• all other incidental and ancillary costs incurred by
the prize winner and/or their guests as a direct or indirect result of taking the Prize.
The total prize value is AUD2,550 (Australia) or NZD 2,550 (New Zealand) depending on the residence of the winner. All prize values are correct as at 21 July 2022 and are reflective of the recommended retail price in Australian or New Zealand Dollars. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any variations in the prize values.
Flight centre vouchers are subject to the terms and conditions stated on the voucher and valid for 5 October 2025.
