Terms and Conditions
How to Enter
Place an order of any value directly through Hawker Brownlow Education either via the website at www.hbe.com.au or by email during the Giveaway Period to be automatically entered into the Giveaway. One order equates to one entry into the draw. No limit on the number of orders and entries. By participating in the giveaway, entrants agree to all personal information uses and disclaimers as explained in Hawker Brownlow Education’s Privacy Policy.

Prize
Entrants will be entered into the draw for a chance to win $500 worth of books (does not apply to digital resources) to be redeemed directly through Hawker Brownlow Education. Prize can not be redeemed through bookstores or any other third parties.

Giveaway Period
The Giveaway Period opens on 10 October 2022 at 10.00am AEDT and closes on 25 November 2022 at 11.59pm AEDT.

Eligibility
Entrants must be individuals or schools residing in Australia or New Zealand with a valid email address and phone number. Bookstores, government and community organisations and their representatives are not eligible to participate in this Giveaway. Entrants must place an order directly through Hawker Brownlow Education and pay in full before the close of the Giveaway Period to be eligible to win. Excludes orders placed on digital resources and commercial print services. Hawker Brownlow Education has the right to verify the eligibility of each entrant.

Drawing
All eligible orders placed during the Giveaway Period will be entered into the Giveaway draw. Prize winner will be randomly selected on 28 November 2022 from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The winner will be notified by telephone or email. If a potential winner cannot be reached or does not claim the prize within fourteen (14) days using the contact information provided on the order, that potential prize winner shall forfeit the prize and a replacement winner will be drawn.

Publicity
The prize winner grants Hawker Brownlow Education permission to use their name, image and comments for publicity purposes.

Winner List
The winner’s name will be available 28 days after closing date by emailing the following address: orders@hbe.com.au

Prize Claim
The winner has three (3) months to claim their prize from the date of notification. The prize can be redeemed against any books in the Hawker Brownlow Education catalogue to the value of $500. Hawker Brownlow Education will cover the cost of postage to a residential or school / business address in Australia or New Zealand. Should the order value exceed $500, the winner is responsible for paying the balance on product and freight.

Additional Conditions
By entering this Giveaway, entrants are indicating their agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Hawker Brownlow Education shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions and reserves the right to cancel the Giveaway if circumstances arise outside of its control.
