Do you like playing or watching cricket? If so, you have probably heard of
Nathan Lyon, Australia's champion off-spinner bowler whose nickname is
"Garry". If you have watched cricket on television, every time he bowls a good
ball, the wicketkeeper calls out: "Nice, Garry!"
But he's not just a champion cricketer. He's also passionate about seeing
children reading.
Now he and writer Michael Wagner have come up with a fun book series called
Nice Garry.
It's about a boy who loves cricket but it's also about friendship and
understanding.
Two books have been released by publisher HarperCollins - Bowled Over and
In A Spin.
To celebrate their release, we have 15 prize packs, each with the two books in
the series.
To enter, colour in the picture and then ask your parent or carer to take a
photograph and email it to
funday@sundaytelegraph.com.au Please put Nice
Garry in the subject line and fill in the coupon so we can contact you if you are
a winner.
It also helps to put your details at the top of the email as sometimes Harry the
dog finds it hard to read handwriting.
