How to Enter:
To enter the Promotion, the entrant must complete the following steps during the promotional period:
Purchase two (2) Participating Drink Products in a single transaction (“Qualifying Transaction”) for 1 entry into the promotion, or purchase any three (3) Participating Drink Products in a single transaction for an additional 2 bonus draw entries (3 total) into the promotion from any participating New Sunrise Site in Australia which displays advertising for this promotion (“Participating Sites”) during the Promotional Period; and
Scan the QR code in store or visit

The Winner of the main JACKSON FORWARD FOLD Camper Trailer prize will be drawn from all entries received in the promotional period.
Parental permission is required for under 18 years to enter or collect a prize.
The Winner of the daily prize will be drawn from all entries received in the prior daily promotional period. The Promotional period starts at 00.01 and finishes at 24.00 daily.
Proof of Purchase: The entrant must retain proof of purchase. The proof of purchase required is an original receipt for the qualifying transaction.

Electronic Prize Draw
Prize Conditions:
Confirmation will be emailed to the winner, to the email address specified on entry. The prize is only able to be redeemed through the Nominated Camper Dealership which will be confirmed at the draw. The Prize will be awarded in the name of the winning Entrant, in accordance with the draw conditions. As this is a camper vehicle, to be eligible to claim the Prize the winning Entrant must be capable of obtaining the necessary vehicle registration for the Prize in its name, in accordance with the applicable State or Territory legislation in which the Prize is collected. If the winning Entrant is, through any legal incapacity or otherwise, unable to register the Prize in their own name, then the winning Entrant may assign the Prize to another person (who consents to such assignment) with legal capacity for the purpose of registration. The promoter takes no responsibility for any such arrangement between the winning Entrant and the assignee. Parental permission is required for under 18 years to enter or collect a prize.
The prize includes the following On Road Costs: Dealer Delivery, Registration, but does not include vehicle insurance.
All details on how to access the prize will be sent to the winner once they have formally acknowledged the prize. Any ancillary costs associated with the prize are not included.
The entrant agrees and acknowledges that they have read these Conditions of Entry (and Schedule) and that entry into the Promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these Conditions of Entry (and Schedule). Any capitalised terms used in these Conditions of Entry have the meaning given in the Schedule, unless stated otherwise.
The Promotion commences on the Start Date and ends on the End Date ("Promotional Period"). Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter and not at the time of transmission or deposit by the entrant. Records of the Promoter and its agencies are final and conclusive as to the time of receipt.
Valid and eligible entries will be accepted during the Entry Period. Employees (and their immediate family members) of the Participating Sites, and of New Sunrise and /or agencies/companies directly associated with the conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter, its distributors, suppliers, subsidiary companies/businesses and associated companies and agencies are not eligible to enter. "Immediate family member" means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
Draw: There is one (1) main prize of a 1 x JACKSON FORWARD FOLD Camper Trailer valued at $33,990 that will be drawn on the 05.01.23 at 10 am EST. There are Fifty-Six Daily Prize Draws (56) to be won at the end of the promotional period drawn from all entries in the qualifying period. The Promotional period starts at 00.01 and finishes at 24.00 daily. Daily draws will take place at 10.00 am EST the day post the Promotional Period. All winners will be published on the website at
www.newsunrisewinacamper.com.au on the 11.01.23. The daily and main prize draws will take place at Greeneagle 5/9 Fitzpatrick St, Revesby NSW 2212.
Major Prize: The Prize will be awarded in the name of the winning Entrant, in accordance with the Prize Conditions.
Winning Entrants: The Winning Entrant of the Jackson Forward Fold Camper will be notified by email after the draw on the 05.01.23 within forty-eight (48) hours of the draw. The Winning Entrant of the Daily Prize will be notified by email after the draw within forty-eight (48) hours of the draw.
Quality control errors will not invalidate an otherwise valid prize claim.
Unless otherwise due to fraud or ineligibility under these Terms and Conditions, all prize claims more than the advertised prize pool will be honoured.
Unavailable Prize: If the Prize is unavailable and the Promoter has used all reasonable efforts to arrange the Prize, The Promoter may, in its absolute discretion, reserve the right to substitute the Prize with a Prize of equal value and / or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
If any winner chooses not to take their prize (or is unable to) or does not take or claim a prize by the time specified by the promoter in the Redemption Period (Clause 10), or is unavailable, they forfeit the prize, and the Promoter is not obliged to substitute the prize.
Unclaimed Prize Draw: If the Prize remains unclaimed in accordance with the Redemption Period a second draw will take place on the first business day after the expiry of the Redemption Period, 5th April 2023 at 10 am EST, at the same time, place, and manner as the original Draw. The Promoter may conduct the Unclaimed Prize draw without the need to seek approval from the relevant regulator in NSW Australia. The alternative winning Entrant, if any will be notified by email and / or telephone within forty-eight (48) hours of the Unclaimed Prize Draw. All winners will be published on the website at
www.newsunrisewinacamper.com.au on the 11.04.23.
Redemption Period: The redemption period, during which the Prize may be claimed commences on the relevant Draw Date for that Prize set out in the Schedule and ends three (3) months from the date thereof. If the winning Entrant does not claim the Prize within the Redemption Period the Prize will be deemed to be forfeited by the Entrant.
Invalid entries: If a winning Entrant’s entry is deemed or found to be invalid, the Promoter may redraw or decide on another winning entry.
Dispute Resolution: The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries in the event of non-compliance with these Conditions of Entry. In the event that there is a dispute concerning the conduct of the Promotion, the decision of the Promoter is final and binding on each entrant and no correspondence will be entered into.
All reasonable attempts will be made to contact the winner.
Where entry is allowed by purchase or subscription, the cost of the product or service is no greater than the cost would be without the opportunity to participate in the Promotion.
Entrants must keep their proof of purchase specified in How to Enter for each entry as proof of purchase (“Proof of Purchase”). If an entrant fails to produce the Proof of Purchase for a specified entry or each entry, as and when requested by the Promoter, the Promoter has the right to invalidate the entrant’s respective entry/ entries for which Proof of Purchase cannot be provided and / or all entries submitted by that entrant and or forfeit the entrant’s right to a prize. Purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify: (a) the store of purchase as a Participating Store (b) the required product/s or service/s to be purchased for entry; and (c) that the purchase was made during the promotional period and prior to entry.
The value of the prizes is accurate and based upon the recommended value of the prizes (inclusive of GST) at the date of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prizes after that date.
No part of a prize is exchangeable, redeemable for cash or any other prize or transferable, unless otherwise specified in writing by the Promoter.
No entry fee is charged by the Promoter to enter the Promotion. Where entry is allowed online, there is no additional cost to enter the Promotion other than any cost paid by the entrant to access the website or social media platform of entry via their internet service provider.
The prize will be awarded to the person named in the entry and any entry that is made on behalf of an entrant or by a third party will be invalid. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant or winner, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant or winner.
Entrants' personal information will be collected by the Promoter (the “Collectors”). Personal information will be stored on the Collector’s databases. The Collectors may use this information for future marketing purposes regarding its products, including contacting the entrant electronically. The Collectors are bound by the Australian Privacy Principles in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and their respective privacy policy which is located at

The Collectors obtain personal information about entrants to enable them to participate in this Promotion and may disclose the entrants' personal information to third parties including its contractors and agents, prize suppliers and service providers to assist in conducting this Promotion and to the State and Territory lottery departments as required under the relevant lottery legislation. If the entrant does not provide their personal information as requested, they may be ineligible to enter or claim a prize in the Promotion. The Collectors may transfer entrants' personal information to countries specified in their privacy policy. Entrants acknowledge that the Collectors cannot guarantee that any overseas recipient will not breach the Australian Privacy Principles. By entering this Promotion, entrants’ consent to overseas transfer on these terms and agree that the Promoter is not liable for any such breach.
It is a condition of accepting the prize that a winner may be required to sign a legal release as determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion, prior to receiving a prize.
If a prize is provided to the Promoter by a third party, the prize is subject to the terms and conditions of the third-party prize supplier and the provision of the prize is the sole responsibility of the third party and not the Promoter. The terms and conditions which apply to the prize at the time it is issued to the winner will prevail over these Conditions of Entry, to the extent of any inconsistency. The Promoter accepts no responsibility or liability for any delay or failure by the third party to deliver the prize, any delay or failure relating to the prize itself or failure by the third party to meet any of its obligations in these Conditions of Entry or otherwise.
Any guarantee or warranty given is in addition to any relevant statutory guarantees and warranties and nothing in these Conditions of Entry restricts, excludes, or modifies or purports to restrict, exclude or modify any statutory consumer rights under any applicable law including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
Force Majeure: If performance of the Promotion, provision or use of the Prize, or any obligation under these Terms and Conditions is prevented, restricted, or interfered with by a Force majeure, and if as a result the Promoter is unable to carry out its obligations or to provide the Entrant with the Prize, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion, subject to any written directions made under any applicable legislation, cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion and /or, if necessary , provide an alternative prize to the same value as the original Prize. The Promoter will give public notice of such an event and that the Promotion has been cancelled, terminated, modified, or suspended. Force Majeure means any event or circumstance beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control includes, without limitation, acts of God, Fire, Explosion, vandalism, storm, or other similar occurrence orders of acts of military or civil authority, or by national emergencies, insurrections, riots, or wars, strikes, lock-puts.
If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to validate and check the authenticity of entries and entrant's details (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence). In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof as required by the Promoter to validate their entry, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered. Incomplete, indecipherable, inaudible, incorrect and illegible entries, as applicable, will at the Promoter's discretion be deemed invalid and not eligible to win. Entries containing offensive or defamatory comments, or which breach any law or infringe any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights, are not eligible to win. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an individual to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and may render all entries submitted by that individual invalid.
The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence or willful misconduct) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using any prize (or recommendation), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
The entrant will participate in and co-operate as required with all reasonable marketing and editorial activities relating to the Promotion, including (but not limited to) being recorded, photographed, filmed or interviewed and acknowledges that the Promoter may use any such marketing and editorial material without further reference or compensation to them.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications and the entrant must seek their own independent financial advice in regard to the tax implications relating to the prize or acceptance of the prize.
Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of these rights.
The Promoter acts as agent for and on behalf of Bega Dairy and Drinks Pty Ltd ABN 68 083 019 390 in accordance with the agency arrangements detailed more specifically by calling the Promoter's consumer enquiry center. You expressly acknowledge the appointment of the Promoter by the companies listed above as agent of those companies. All acts by the Promoter in connection with this agreement are acts taken on behalf of the companies listed above as agent of those companies.
