How to win
Starting on the 10th November, we will be releasing a new puzzle every 5 days. Each puzzle contains a hidden letter for people to find. After the last puzzle is released on the 6th December, customers will then form a 6 letter anagram relating to Christmas.
Entrants will have until 12th December to submit their answer for their chance to win. The winner will be chosen at random on the 13th December.

The Nitty Gritty
Competition is open to residents of Victoria that are included in our service areas and over the age of 18 years old. Entrants must submit their answer before 9:00pm 12/12/2022 Winner will receive 1 x $150 voucher every week for 52 weeks of 2023. The date of first voucher is January 1st, 2023. Winner must use that voucher within the week (vouchers will not roll over), or the voucher is invalid. The voucher must not be shared with anyone else, and the winner must provide an email address that will be associated with the voucher. Voucher can not be exchanged for cash.
Voucher is only to be used online, and not in our retail stores. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. Closing date for entry is 9:00pm AEST on 12/12/2022. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
The winner will be notified by email on the 13/12/2022 If the winner cannot be contacted or they do not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
