1. The giveaway is open to legal residents of Australia, who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry.
2. To enter, participants must understand and provide consent for their first name, email address, and phone number to be shared to the other participating brands in this giveaway.
3. The giveaway begins on 1st February 2023 at 12:00 am ACDT and ends on 14th March 2023 at 11:59 pm ACDT. Entries submitted before or after the giveaway period will not be eligible.
4. The prizes for the winner are $250 Vouchers from Lust Minerals, Steph Pase Planner, Al.ive Body, and Charli & Kate . The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period. The winner will be notified within 7 days of the end of the giveaway period via email. If the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected.
6. By participating in this giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and the decisions of Indy and Eve, which are final and binding in all matters related to the giveaway.
Indy and Eve reserves the right to disqualify any participant for any reason, including but not limited to, violation of these terms and conditions.
7. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to release Indy and Eve and its affiliates from any and all liability, loss, or damage arising from or in connection with the winner's participation in the giveaway or the acceptance, use or misuse of the prize.
