Entrants must remain subscribed to Levi’s® online newsletters on the Draw Date. Entrants are not required to purchase any Levi® products to enter the Promotion.
One entry per Entrant is allowed.
PRIZE
1. One (1) winner will get a 7 days and 6 nights trip for winner and one winner’s guest (“travel companion”) to San Francisco Levi’s® Pop Up Event Sweepstakes, San Francisco, USA as detailed below (“Prize”).
2. Prize includes:
(a) Roundtrip economy class air tickets from winner’s nearest capital city with international airport in Australia to San Francisco;
(b) 4-star hotel accommodations for Six (6) nights (check-in 18 May 2023 / check-out 24 May 2023 local time), based on double occupancy;(/br)
(c) Round trip airport transfers to hotel in San Francisco
(d) Invitations to a 3-day Levi’s® 501®150th immersive event in San Francisco from 19 May 2023 to 21 May 2023 (“Event”);
(e) Trip allowance of US$3,500.00 (A$5,217.00), only for winner who achieved full attendance of the Levi’s® 501® 150th Immersion Event and have posted on winner’s Instagram account.
TOTAL value of the Prize: up to A19,752.00.
3. All Prize details will be determined in the sole and absolute discretion of Promoter. Personal expenses, travel and other relevant insurances, meals, transfers and all other items not identified above are specifically excluded.
4. Winner is fully responsible for any and all applicable taxes (including GST and income and withholding taxes). All costs and expenses associated with the Prize, acceptance, and use not specified herein as being provided, are the sole responsibility of the winner.
5. If the Prize or any element of the Prize becomes unavailable or is otherwise unable to be provided, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or any portion thereof) with a prize of comparable or greater value at its sole and absolute discretion. The winner will not be entitled to any additional compensation in the event that the Prize or element of a Prize has been substituted at equal or greater value.
6.Winner and travel companion must:
(a) Possess valid passports with at least 6 months’ validity period from date of departure,
(b) Valid travel visas (if applicable). If winner fails to secure a valid travel visa which renders winner unable to travel, winner will be deemed to have forfeited the Prize. be responsible to comply with all travel requirements and regulations of home and destination countries, including without limitations, applicable immigration, health and safety formalities and laws relating to Covid-19.
7. Winner’s travel companion, if any, must be at least 18 years of age. In the event winner requests for a change of travel companion, at Promoter’s sole discretion and time permitting, Promoter may accept winner’s request and winner shall bear all reasonable costs associated with effecting the change as incurred by Promoter.
8. Winner and *travel companion agree to comply with all applicable venue regulations and terms and conditions of use imposed by the Event organiser, merchants and service providers in connection with the Prize.
1. This Promotion is a game of skill, and chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be judged based on its creativity, originality and literary merit, and relevance to the Promotion.
2. The winner will be judged by a panel established by the Promoter and selected on the basis of the entry that best demonstrates compliance with the judging criteria above.
WINNER NOTIFICATION
Winner will be announced online via the Promoter's official channels available at

Winner will be notified by email and phone call based on the information provided at the time of entry submission within two (2) business days after a winner’s announcement above (“Prize Notification”).
The Promoter accepts no liability if a winner fails to receive notices due to spam, junk mail or other security settings or if a winner has provided incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.
HOW TO CLAIM A PRIZE
Winner must within three (3) days of receiving Prize Notification, send a email to the address provided or call the number provided to notify the Promoter winner’s acceptance of the Prize,
Winner must within three (3) days from acceptance of Prize, submit his/her valid identification to Promoter, and all relevant travel documents and information for both winner and winner’s travel companion as reasonably requested by Promoter or its agent for purpose of making travel arrangements in connection with the Prize.
The Promoter accepts no liability if a winner fails to receive notices due to spam, junk mail or other security settings or if a winner has provided incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.
Successful redemption of Prize is subject to winner possessing all valid travel documents by the departure date from home country, Otherwise, winner is deemed to have forfeited the Prize in its entirety.
If winner chooses to travel without a travel companion, or if the travel companion where applicable is unable to secure a valid travel visa, winner is deemed to have forfeited the portion of the Prize applicable to the travel companion.
Failure to submit any identification and other information required by the Promoter within the specified time period, noncompliance with these Promotion Rules or the return of the Prize Notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and Prize forfeiture. In the event of disqualification and Prize forfeiture, at Promoter’s sole discretion and time permitting, an alternate winner may be selected from the eligible entries in accordance with the Winner Selection and Winner Notification sections above.
