The Promoter may amend the Promotional Period in accordance with state legislative rules.
Contesting Period Dates Weekdays, Weekends, from 27 Mar 2023 to 21 Apr 2023 (excluding public holidays).
Times between 06:00 and 15:00 AEST
"Contesting Day" means an individual day during the Contesting Period. "Contesting Segment" means an individual
Contesting Segment on a Contesting Day.
Entry Restrictions Entrants must be able to attend 90.9 Sea FM's So GC Party on 21 Apr 2023 at The YOT Club, Mariners Cove, shop 5/60
Seaworld Dr, Main Beach QLD 4217 and, unless otherwise specified, must make their own way to and from this event.
Entrants must be 18 years or older.
Relevant State(s) Entry is only open to residents of NSW and QLD.
Maximum Entries Entrants can enter as many times as they like. Once an entrant has been awarded a prize, they must not continue to attempt
to enter.
Entry Procedure To enter, entrants must on a Contesting Day:
1. Listen to 90.9 Sea FM and telephone the station competition line following the broadcast of a cue to call.
2. Be selected by the Promoter in accordance with the Judging Details to participate on air and receive a Major Prize.
Judging Details All judging decisions are at the discretion of the Promoter and no correspondence will be entered into in this regard.
Judging criteria: All entries will be judged on creativity, literary merit, originality, suitability, entertainment value or as otherwise
specified. Where entrants submit a guess or answer to question(s) the Promoter will judge the accuracy of an answer and
there may be a time factor applied.

Notification of
Winners
Winner/s will be notified in writing within two (2) business days and by phone at the time of winning.

If a prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date & Time, the winner forfeits the prize.
Additional Terms By entering this Promotion, all entrants hereby acknowledge that the Event may be photographed and/or filmed for the
purposes of marketing and publicity.
By entering this Promotion, all entrants hereby acknowledge that they are in good physical health suitable for the purposes of
taking part in the Event, and that they will notify the Promoter of any injuries and/or otherwise that may prevent them from

taking part.
All entrants and other Event attendees will be required to follow the instructions of the Promoter and their nominated agents
and/or promotional partners and suppliers at all times during the Event. Any individuals at the Event who fail to follow the
instructions of the Promoter and their nominated agents and/or promotional partners and suppliers may be asked to leave the
Event site, and may be disqualified from the Promotion.
All entrants participate in the Event – and travel to and from the Event – at their own risk.
The location of the Event is at the absolute discretion of the Promoter. Event location may change without prior warning. The
Promoter may request that the Finalists stand in a particular area/order and may provide reasonable instructions to the
Finalists, which the Finalists must abide by.
In the case of extreme or wet weather, at the Promoter’s discretion the Promoter reserves the right to postpone the Event at
any time. The Promoter will not be held liable for any such necessary changes and Finalists will not be compensated in any
way.
