Information on how to enter and prize(s) form part of these Terms and Conditions (terms). By participating, you agree to be bound by these terms. Entries must comply with these terms to be valid.

Participating Store A Participating Store is any Liquor Legends nationally that displays advertising material for this promotion. For the avoidance of doubt, online purchases at

Promotional Period The Promotion commences at 12.01am (AEDST) on 22/03/2023 and closes at 11.59pm (AEST) on 30/05/2023.
Eligible Entrants Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who are members of the Liquor Legends Loyalty Program. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, its related entities and any agencies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
Entry To be eligible to enter, each Eligible Entrant must, during the Promotional Period spend $40 or more, in a single transaction, on any Wild Turkey product at a Participating Store (“Qualifying Transaction”).
Individuals must scan their Liquor Legends Membership card at the time of making their purchase instore or enter their Liquor Legends Membership number at the time of making their online transaction in order to receive an automatic entry into the promotion.
Only Liquor Legends Members can enter. If you are not a member, you must become a member before making a Qualifying Transaction in order to be eligible for this promotion.
Entries which in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter:
are received outside the Promotional Period;
contain defamatory, offensive or inappropriate content or infringe intellectual property rights;
are incomplete or indecipherable; or
do not otherwise comply with these terms, will be invalid and ineligible for any prize.
Multiple entries permitted subject to: (a)only one (1) entry permitted per Qualifying Transaction regardless of the amount spent in that transaction in excess of $40; (b)each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with the entry instructions; and (c) a maximum of one (1) entry per person per day is permitted.
It is the entrant’s responsibility to ensure their Liquor Legends Membership is up to date with their contact details.
Draws A random electronic draw will be conducted at Anisimoff Legal, Suite 5, Erina Plaza, 210 Central Coast Highway, Erina NSW 2250 at 12:00pm (noon) AEST on 02/06/2023. All valid entries received during the Promotional Period will be entered into the draw. For the avoidance of doubt, Minor Prize Winners will also be eligible to win the Major Prize. An independent scrutineer will observe the draw process.
The first valid entry randomly drawn will win the Major Prize (“Major Prize Winner”).
The next twenty-five (25) valid entries randomly drawn will each win a Minor Prize (“Minor Prize Winner”). Minor prizes are limited to one (1) per Liquor Legends Member (except SA residents).
The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter may, in its sole discretion, determine the identity of the entrant.
Prize(s) MAJOR PRIZE
The Major Prize is a Quintrex 420 Renegade SC boat which includes a Bimini Top, 7inch GPS combo, Quintrex Alloy trailer and 12 months QLD registration. Total Major Prize is valued at up to $30,000.
Note:
If the winner resides outside of QLD, the winner will be required to organise the registration from their chosen state. Once organised, the winner will need to provide a receipt of the registration transfer for Campari to reimburse them.
Major prize is also inclusive of delivery to winners chosen address in Australia or for collection at Caloundra Marine, 8 Baldwin Street, Caloundra, QLD 4551.
Additional insurance, options, petrol and all other ancillary costs are the responsibility of the winner. The Promoter may, in its absolute discretion, accommodate the winner’s colour preference (excluding metallic options), subject to availability.
As a condition of accepting the Major Prize, the winner must sign any legal documentation as and in the form required by the Promoter and/or prize suppliers in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form.
If the winner of the Major Prize is, through any legal incapacity or otherwise, unable to register the boat in their own name, then the winner may assign the boat to another person (who consents to such assignment) with legal capacity for the purpose of registration. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any such arrangements between the winner and the assignee. The winner must provide the Promoter with certified copies of all required documentation as required by the Promoter before the boat is awarded.
MINOR PRIZES
Each Minor Prize consists of an $100 Liquor Legends Gift Card.
Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming a gift card are not included. Any unused balance of a gift card will not be awarded as cash. Redemption of a gift card is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified on the gift card.
Prizes cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed as cash, unless otherwise specified.
Total Prize Pool (Major and Minor Prizes) is $32,500.
It is a condition of accepting the Major Prize or a Minor Prize that winners agree to comply with all of the conditions associated with the relevant prize, and to abide by and to follow the instructions of the Promoter, relevant service providers connected with the provision of the prizeinclusions and other representatives of the Promoter and the service providers as the case may be.
Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason a winner does not take or redeem a prize (or an element of the prize) at or by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize (or that element of the prize) will be forfeited.
If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter in its absolute discretion, may substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize of equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
Notification of Winner & Unclaimed Prize Draw All Winners will be notified by email and by telephone within two (2) business days of the relevant draw. Both the Minor & Major Prize Winners will be published on

A draw for any unclaimed prizes may take place on 07/07/2023 at the same time and place as the draw, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. Winners, if any, will be notified by email and phone within two (2) business days of the draw and their names will be published online at

Privacy Liquor Legends will collect personal information ("PI") and will share PI to the Promoter in order to conduct the promotion. Liquor Legends and the Promoter may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this PI. The Promoter and Liquor Legends will also use and handle PI as set out in their Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at

In addition to any use that may be outlined in these Privacy Policies, the Promoter and Liquor Legends may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the PI for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. The Privacy Policies also contain information about how entrants may opt out, access, update or correct their PI, how entrants may complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with. All entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter and Liquor Legends may disclose PI overseas, see the Privacy Policies for more details.
Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, ss, image and/or voice in the event they are a Winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting the Promotion and any of the Promoter’s products.
General The Promoter encourages consumers to enjoy liquor responsibly. Consumers of legal drinking age are advised to consider the safe drinking levels recommended in the National Health & Medical Research Council Australian Alcohol Guidelines (available at
www.nhmrc.gov.au). Entry and continued participation in this promotion is subject to the licensee’s liquor serving policy.
Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.
If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter including technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter may, to the extent permitted by law:
disqualify any entrant; or
subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion or modify a prize, as appropriate.
In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency, government lockdown, pandemic, or any other kind of disaster or unforeseeable event beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion or suspend, substitute or modify a prize, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.
Nothing in these terms limits, excludes or modifies (or purports to do so) any non-excludable guarantees or warranties under consumer law (Non-Excludable Guarantees). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion.
Except for the Non-Excludable Guarantees and any other liability that cannot by law be excluded, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) will not be responsible and excludes all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury or loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of:
the Promotion and/or the taking or use of a prize;
any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction outside of the Promoter’s reasonable control;
any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
any late, lost, altered or misdirected entries due to any reason beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control;
any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; and/or
any damage to or delay in transit of a prize during delivery,
except to the extent caused or contributed to by the Promoter.
If any dispute arises between an entrant and the Promoter concerning the conduct of this promotion or claiming a prize, the Promoter will take reasonable steps to consider the entrant’s point of view, taking into account any facts or evidence put forward, and to respond to it fairly within a reasonable time. In all other respects, the Promoter’s decision in connection with all aspects of this competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
