1. Instructions on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
2. Promotion commences 00:01 AEST Saturday, 8th April, 2023, and closes at Close of Store Trade on Sunday, 14th May, 2023.
3. It is a Condition of Entry that Winners will be willing to participate in an in-store prize presentation, one feature story for a local publication, and agree to the promotion of their photo on social media and
www.nextra.com.au.
4. To enter, individuals must:
• Purchase any greeting card from a participating nextra Group Outlet; • Complete the competition Entry Form supplied by nextra Group Staff; • Enter at participating stores; and
• Be willing to participate in promotional activity as stated in Clause 3.
5. Limit one (1) Entry Form per purchase including a Greeting Card/s at any participating nextra Group Outlet.
6. Persons under 18 require parental/guardian consent to enter promotion.
7. All entries must be on official entry forms.
8. The Winner/s do not need to be in present for the official draw but it is a requested that as a condition
of entry that the Winner/s participate in an in-store prize presentation/photo, one feature story for a local
publication, and agree to the promotion of their photo on social media and
www.nextra.com.au.
9. This is a game of chance, the draw of which will take place at The nextra Group Head Office, 1/1 Ross
Street, NEWSTEAD QLD 4006 at 10:00am Wednesday, 31st May 2023.
10. The winner/s will be notified by telephone and mail using the contact details provided in their entry and
will be published on the company Website (
www.nextra.com.au) on Friday, 2nd June 2023.
11. If any prize remains unclaimed, a redraw will take place at 10:00am Tuesday 29th August 2023, at The
nextra Group Head Office, 1/1 Ross Street, NEWSTEAD QLD 4006, and the winner/s will be announced
and published on the company Website (
www.nextra.com.au) on Thursday, 31st August 2023.
12. There are two (2) major prize packs to be won each consisting of the following items –

13. Two (2) winners will be randomly selected from each of the following State/Territory entry pools:
• New South Wales & Queensland
• Australian Capital Territory, Northern Territory, South Australia, Tasmania, Victoria & Western Australia
14. Prizes are not redeemable for cash and are not transferable.
13. If any portion of the Prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute
the Prize, or that element of the Prize, for a Prize of similar theme and
of equal value, subject to State regulation and subsequent approval.
14. The Promoter, other entities and agencies associated with this competition, their related corporate bodies
and each of their officers, agents, employees and the immediate family of any of them are ineligible to enter. “Immediate family” means a spouse or former spouse, de facto partner or former de facto partner, child, parent, grandparent, grandchild or sibling, or a child, parent, grandparent, grandchild or sibling of a spouse or de facto partner, whether or not they live in the same household. It includes step-relations (e.g. step-parents and step-children) as well as adoptive relations.
15. If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.
16. All entries submitted become the property of the Promoter.
