Shop To Win Competition
1. Terms and conditions: If you participate in our national Shop and Win Giveaway (“Giveaway’) you fully accept these terms and conditions and you warrant that you fulfil all eligibility requirements. References to “we, us, our” means Brabus PA Franchising Pty Ltd ACN 128 193 359 as trustee for Brabus Franchising Trust Promoter”). The Giveaway will start at 12.00am AEST on 10 April 2023 and close at 11.59pm AEST on 23 April 2023. Entries after the closing date will not be accepted.
2. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promotor and participating stores are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, defacto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother or step-sister.
3. Participants must be 18 years or over and be an Australian resident. There is no entry fee however you must shop instore and spend over $65 (excludes shipping costs and excludes any spend in the salon) in one transaction (“Qualifying Transaction”). Upon making a Qualifying Transaction, the customer will be handed a scratch-it card “Scratch-it Card”) by our staff member, while stocks last. It is the responsibility of the entrant to ensure that they receive a Scratch-it Card at point of purchase if one is not automatically provided to them.
4. The customer must then scratch their Scratch-it Card to reveal whether or not they have won an instant price. Subject to clause 6, to claim an instant prize, entrants must surrender their winning Scratch-it Card to our staff member at the same participating store in which the Qualifying Transaction was made. Upon surrendering their winning Scratch-it Card and redeeming their instant prize, the Scratch-it Card will be destroyed by our staff member. All instant prize claims must be received by us by 11.59pm AEST on 23 April 2023.
5. For online orders, all Qualifying Transactions for the Giveaway will be sent to customers with a Scratch-It Card. Upon the customer receiving their Scratch-It Card, they must scratch their Scratch-It Card to reveal their instant prize or information on how to enter our second chance draw. All online winning scratch-it cards will provide a unique code for customers to enter online in the checkout with their next purchase. All instant prize claims must be received by us by 11.59pm AEST on 23 April 2023.
6. Entrants must retain their original purchase receipt for the Qualifying Transaction as proof of purchase. Failure to produce proof of purchase when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promotor, result in invalidation of an entrant’s entry and forfeiture of any right to a prize. Purchase receipt must clearly specify the store of purchase, or that it was an online order, and that the purchase was made between 12.00am AEST on 10 April 2023 and 11.59pm AEST on 23 April 2023.

8. All instant prize claims must be received by us by 11.59pm AEST on 23 April 2023. Total value of all instant prizes nationally is $162,264.65. Total value of the instant prizes in NSW is $51,943.85, total value of the instant prizes in ACT is $8,513.10 and total value of the instant prizes in SA is $22,505.90.
9. If for any reason a winner does not take/redeem an instant prize at/by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the instant prize will be forfeited.
10. Any un-won or unclaimed instant prizes remaining after 11.59pm AEST on 23 April 2023 will be dealt with by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
11. If an entrant does not win an instant prize from a Scratch-it Card, then entrants can enter the Second Chance Draw to win the Second Chance Draw Prize. Entrants can enter the Second Chance Draw by scanning the QR code on the non-winning Scratch-it Card or enter their details in the online entry form located on the Promotor’s website at

12. The winner of the Second Chance Draw Prize will be notified within 10 business days after closing date by email. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the Second Chance Draw Prize within 14 days, we reserve the right to withdraw the Second Chance Draw Prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner on 31 May 2023 at 11.00am AEST at 130 Links Avenue, Eagle Farm QLD 4009. The replacement winner will be notified within 7 days of 31 May 2023 at 11.00am AEST. If the replacement winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the Second Chance Draw Prize by 5pm AEST on 10 June 2023, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize altogether. Our decision in respect of all matters to do with the Giveaway will be final and shall not be subject to review or appeal by any entrant or by any third party, with regulatory approval.
