Entrants and any companions (if applicable) must be: 16 years of age or over.
If under 18 years of age, express permission of parent/guardian is required before entering this Promotion. Parent/guardian may be required to accompany that entrant/companion when using the Prize or participating in the Promotion. Prizes will be awarded to the parent or legal guardian who consented to the entrant registering in the Promotion on behalf of that entrant, at the sole discretion of the Promoter, and that parent or legal guardian must accompany that winner for the duration of the Prize (if applicable).
If under 21 years of age, that entrant must be accompanied by a parent/guardian 21 years of age or over when using the Prize.

Maximum Number of Entries
Entrants may submit as many entries as they wish however each entry must be submitted via a separate entry and must independently comply with these Competition Terms of Entry.
For the avoidance of doubt, unless otherwise expressly stated, entrants may only win one (1) Prize each in the Promotion.

Entry Method

Nominated Song
During the Promotion Period, entrants must listen to Smallzy’s Surgery (Show) between 7:00pm and 10:00pm local time from Monday to Thursday beginning on Tuesday 11 April and listen in for a nominated Taylor Swift song (Nominated Song), with up to two Nominated Songs being played on-air each Show during the Promotion Period as clearly communicated by representatives of the Promoter.
For the avoidance of doubt, if the Show does not air on any one (or more) day(s) during the Promotion Period, then the Promoter (in its sole and absolute discretion) will not broadcast an additional Nominated Song/s.
Entrants may enter the Promotion in one or more of the following ways:
Website Entry
During the Promotion Period entrants must complete the online entry form and register their details in the manner required via the Website and answer in 25 words or less the questions:
- “Why should Smallzy take you to see Taylor Swift Live in Nashville on the Eras Tour?” and - “What was the latest Nominated Taylor Swift Song to play on Smallzy’s Surgery?”
AND/OR
Nova App Entry
During the Promotion Period entrants must download the Nova Player App, register their details, and complete the entry form for the Promotion under the ‘win’ tab in the manner required under the ‘win’ tab on the Nova Player App and answer in 25 words or less the questions:
- “Why should Smallzy take you to see Taylor Swift Live in Nashville on the Eras Tour?” and - “What was the latest Nominated Taylor Swift Song to play on Smallzy’s Surgery?”
All valid Nova Player App and Website Entries received during the Promotion Period will be individually judged by representatives of the Promoter based on the Judging Criteria (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion).
At various times during the Promotion Period, the Promoter will:
(a) select up to ten (10) entrants deemed to have both submitted the ‘best’ entries and successfully identified the latest Nominated Song as broadcast up until that stage of the Promotion Period (based on the Judging Criteria, in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) from all valid Website and Nova Player App Entries (Selected Entrant);
(b) contact up to ten (10) Selected Entrants by telephone and place them on the standby list for that day (Standby List).
AND/OR
Phone Entry
At various times during the Promotion Period:
(a) the Promoter will invite entrants to call 13 24 10 during a specified time period;
(b) from the entrants who successfully call 13 24 10 and correctly identify the latest Nominated Song as broadcast up until that stage of the Promotion Period, up to ten (10) entrants will be selected by the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) (Selected Entrant) and placed on the standby list for that day (Standby List).
Appear On-Air
At various times during the Promotion Period representatives of the Promoter (in their sole and absolute discretion) will:
(a) contact a Selected Entrant from the relevant Standby List for that day on either their personal mobile number or home phone number (and not a business number) (Personal Contact Number) and invite them to appear on-air ;
(b) if the Selected Entrant successfully answers their Personal Contact Number within five (5) rings or by the time it goes to voicemail (the earlier of) and successfully appears on-air for the purpose of the Promotion and can correctly identify the latest Nominated Song, as broadcast up until that stage of the Promotion Period (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion), they will be deemed a finalist (Finalist) and added to the finalist list (Finalist List) (in the absolute and sole discretion of the Promoter);
(c) if the Selected Entrant does not successfully answer their Personal Contact Number in accordance with clause (b) above or if their phone is turned off, engaged, the phone line drops out, or they are inaudible or they are unreachable for any reason, or they do not correctly identify the latest Nominated Song, the Promoter may (in its sole and absolute discretion) contact another Selected
Entrant from the relevant day’s Standby List (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) on their Personal Contact Number in the same manner as outlined above.
This process may be repeated until a Selected Entrant successfully answers their phone in accordance with clause (c) above and is deemed a Finalist and added to the Finalist List (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion).
For the avoidance of double up to twenty-six (26) selected entrants from the Standby List will be added to the Finalist List during the promotion period.
Major Draw
In accordance with the Draw Details below, the Promoter will:
(a) contact the winner on their nominated Contact Details
(b) the winner will be asked by a representative of the Promoter (off-air) to provide their contact details for the purposes of awarding the Prize.
For the avoidance of doubt, if an entrant is spoken to by a representative of the Promoter, it does not mean they have been selected as a Selected Entrant, Selected Finalist or the Prize winner and they may not be invited to appear on-air and/or be awarded the Prize.
10.
Entry Restrictions
Personal Contact Number
Each entrant must nominate a Personal Contact Number to be eligible for the Prize and each entrant grants the Promoter the right to call that entrant on their Personal Contact Number live on-air.
Entrants in the Promotion must be able to receive a phone call from a representative of the Promoter (on their Personal Contact Number) between the following timeframe (or such other time specified by the Promoter) and in accordance with the requirements outlined in the Entry Method:
6:50pm AEDT Tuesday 11 April 2023 and 10:00pm AEDT Thursday 27 April 2023
If the entrant does not answer their phone within five (5) rings or by the time it goes to voicemail (the earlier of), the entrant consents to the Promoter broadcasting that entrant's voicemail message including their full name and/or business name live on-air. Each entrant warrants that it has obtained all consents from third parties to broadcast live on-air any information or names (including business names) in the entrant’s voicemail message.
Each entrant warrants that they have received all consents from third parties that may ordinarily answer their Personal Contact Number in the entrant's absence to be broadcast live on-air if that third party answers the relevant phone live on-air. If a third party answers an entrant's Personal Contact Number, that entrant will not be eligible for a Prize as determined by the Promoter in its absolute and sole discretion.
If for any reason an entrant is unable to be contacted, or is otherwise unable to, or declines to, appear on-air, or their phone line drops out or is inaudible, the Promoter (in its sole and absolute discretion) may replace that entrant by contacting/selecting another entrant and inviting them to appear on-air or participate in an on-air game or challenge (where applicable). The Promoter will repeat this process until an entrant is able to be contacted and confirms their eligibility and ability to appear on-air.
For the avoidance of doubt, if an entrant is spoken to by a representative of the Promoter, it does not mean they have been selected as an entrant or a winner (where applicable) and they may not be invited to appear on-air or be awarded a Prize (where applicable).
11.
Draw Details

One (1) draw will be conducted, as follows:
• Between 11:30am AEST Friday 28 April 2023 and 12:00pm AEST Friday 28 April 2023 at the Promoter’s premises.
The first valid entry drawn from the Finalist List will be deemed the winner and awarded the Prize.
12. Prize Prize

There is one (1) Prize to be won, comprising of:
- Two (2) x tickets to Taylor Swift Live at Nissan Stadium in Nashville, Tennessee on 6 May 2023 for the winner and one (1) companion, valued at up to AUD $400 incl GST (Event); and
- AUD $10,000 cash for the winner to spend on a trip to Nashville, Tennessee to attend the Event. The winner will be responsible for booking all travel including flights, accommodation, and transfers.
Tickets are subject to the conditions and/or dates stipulated by the provider of the tickets.
13.
Prize Restrictions
Clauses 8 - 15
Entrants and their companion/s must be able to take the ticket component of the Prize on the dates specified. Dates and schedules of the ticket component of the Prize are not under the Promoter’s control and are subject to change. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any date or schedule changes. In the event the Event is cancelled, the cash component of the Prize will still be awarded, and no alternative Prize will be provided for the ticket component of the Prize.
Responsibility for travel, accommodation etc
The winner is responsible for checking state and federal government, health authority and travel advice to stay up to date with the latest travel requirements and restrictions relevant for travel to/from and between the relevant travel destination and Australia. The Promoter is not responsible for any such restrictions which may affect the winner’s (or any companion’s) ability to redeem and use the Prize (including but not limited to any travel restrictions in place in the winner’s (or any companion’s) ordinary state of residence around the time of the Event).
The Promoter is not responsible for any cancellations in connection with government mandated lockdowns, quarantine or isolation restrictions, costs associated with quarantine or isolation as a result of redeeming the Prize, or as a result of the incapacity of the winner to travel for any other reason.
The Promoter is not responsible for any cancellation, changes, delay or rescheduling of events, travel, activities and flights and any costs incurred as a result (including, without limitation, accommodation costs) will be the sole responsibility of the winner and its companions. In the event that one or more event or activity is no longer available, the remainder of the Prize shall constitute the complete and total Prize.
The winner and any travelling companions (if applicable) are responsible for obtaining all necessary valid travel insurance, documents to travel to the relevant country (including a current passport and visas, if required) and any vaccinations. The winner should consult the Embassy or Consulate of that jurisdiction for up-to-date information to ensure they can obtain the required visa prior to travel, in order to accept the travel voucher component of the Prize.
If the winner and/or their companion is unable to obtain a relevant visa or travel document, and/or is refused entry into the relevant country, the winner may forfeit the tickets component of the Prize, in the sole and absolute discretion of the Promoter.

The cash component of the Prize will be transferred to the winner’s nominated Australian bank account via electronic funds transfer (or to the nominated Australian bank account of the winner’s parent/ guardian if the winner is under 18 years of age).
