1. Promoter: Chin Hong Investments Pty Ltd, trading as Rochedale Village: ABN 59 734 586 304 Cnr Miles and Gardner Road,
Rochedale, Qld., 4123
2. Eligibility:
a) By entering this competition, you agree to, accept and are bound by these terms and conditions.
b) If the Prize involves a third party, the winner is bound by the third party’s terms and conditions.
c) This competition is open to residents of Queensland, except for the employees of the promoter, Chin Hong Investments and
Rochedale Village, its subsidiary companies, their families and any other company connected with the competition. Chin Hong
Investments will not accept any entries from children aged 18 or under.
d) To be an eligible entrant in this competition any contact details that are required for submission must be true and correct.
e) This competition is a game of chance. Entry into the competition is free, and can be only entered once. The use of scripting software
to enter is prohibited.
3. Promotion period: The competition will be running from 14th April, 2023 to 5th May, 2023, any submissions after this date will be
exempt and will not qualify for entry.
4. Prize details:
a) There are a total of 4 prizes. The prizes are valued at a total of $1400 - groceries for a month $800, pamper pack $200, dining
pack $200 and essentials $200.
b) Each prize must be claimed in its entirety as stated and not differed.
c) Each prize is not transferable, nor redeemable for cash and not exchangeable. No change can be given if the prize is a voucher
and the total amount is not redeemed.
5. Winner announcement:
6. The winners will be drawn by multiple random draw at the premises of Chin Hong Investments on 8th May, 2023 10am.
a) There will be a total of 4 prize winners.
b) The winners will be notified via Instagram, email, mobile, telephone or any other means of contact the winner has provided.
c) The winner of each prize will be notified within 14 days of the competition ending and the winner will have 14 days to respond to
initial contact or the prize will be revoked and redrawn.
d) Winners will be published online on Rochedale Village Instagram page, @rochedalevillage on 8th May, 2023.
e) If the winner does not collect the prize within 3 months of being announced it will be regarded as forfeit.
f) In the event that the prize is not claimed or revoked, Chin Hong Investments reserve the right to revoke and give the prize to a
runner up, or re offer the prize in a future promotion.
g) The unclaimed prize draw will be held at Chin Hong Investments on 8th September, 2023 at 10.00am. The winner will be
published on Rochedale Village Instagram page, @rochedalevillage on 8th September, 2023.
h) If the prize is for some reason unavailable, a prize of equal or more value can be used as a substitute.
7. Force Majeure [remove if not applicable]: The Promoter will not be responsible or liable for any loss, cost or damage arising out of any
act, omission, failure or delay by the Promoter or other party which is due to an act of god, riots, acts of terrorism, storms, fire, pandemics,
any labour or industrial dispute, any strike, and other acts which are not reasonably within the control of the Promoter.
8. Release: To the full extent permissible by law, the promoter, its agencies and employees, will not be liable for any death, injury, damages,
expenses (including any claim for legal expenses) or loss whatsoever (whether indirect or consequential) to persons or property as a
result of participation in the promotion, accepting or using any prize, including without limitation non-receipt of any prize and damage to
any prize in transit.
9. Rights to entries: All entries become the property of Chin Hong Investments. The promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of the
competition is final and binding on every person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into.
10. Privacy Notice:
a) The winner agrees to the promoter’s use of their name, Instagram handle, town of residence and photograph in relation to the
promoter’s publicity material. All information collected during the course of the promotion will be treated in accordance with the
Promoter’s Privacy Policy, a copy of which can be obtained from
www.rochedalevillage.com.aub) We will not disclose your personal information to third parties without your permission. In entering the competition you agree to the
lawful collection, use and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
