WesTrac Pty Ltd ABN 63 009 342 572 (WesTrac) is the competition promoter in conjunction with Hastings Deering (Australia) Limited ABN 49 054 094 647. Only the Entrants specified in Schedule 1 may enter.
During the Promotional Period specified in Schedule 1, Entrants will automatically be entered into the Promotion’s prize draw when they satisfy the relevant Entry Criteria specified in Schedule 1.
Entrants will be entered in the Promotion each time they make an online purchase over $100 (ex GST) in a single transaction and there is no limit on entries, provided they satisfy the Entry Criteria specified in Schedule 1 in each instance.
All Entrants acknowledge that these Terms and Conditions must be adhered to. An Entrant found to be in breach of any of these Terms and Conditions may be disqualified from the promotion, at WesTrac and Hastings Deering’s sole discretion.
The Monthly Prize will be drawn in accordance with the Prize Draw Winner Selection as detailed in Schedule 1. The Grand Prize will be drawn after the Promotion Period ends and in accordance with the Prize Draw Winner Selection as detailed in Schedule 1. Each Winner (and collectively Winners) will be contacted via the Prize Redemption details and must abide by the Prize Collection Period. The names of the Winners will be published on the Relevant Platforms of WesTrac and/or Hastings Deering, respectively.
Entries will be assessed by WesTrac or Hastings Deering or an agent for WesTrac or Hastings Deering against the relevant Entry Criteria and determinations as to eligibility will be made by WesTrac or Hastings Deering in their sole discretion.
The Prize/s: the Winners will win the Prize/s set out in Schedule 1.

The Customer acknowledges that by entering this Promotion, their personal information and purchasing information may be shared with both WesTrac and Hastings Deering for the purposes of verification and validation of the Customer’s entry into the draw.
Entrants acknowledge and provide permission, by entering the competition and agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, that their name may be published on social media and used for future promotions and marketing activities in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Entrants acknowledge that WesTrac and Hastings Deering may use any personal information included in their Entry in accordance with WesTrac’s Privacy Policy or Hastings Deering’s Privacy Policy (whichever is applicable), including for marketing purposes. Entrants (each an Entrant) New or existing WesTrac or Hastings Deering account holders (Customer/s)
Entry Criteria Customers will automatically be entered into both the Monthly Prize and Grand Prize draws:
if they have signed up to Parts.Cat.Com (either within the Promotional Period, or prior); and
when they spend over $100 (ex GST) in a single transaction made through Parts.Cat.Com; and
if the Customer’s delivery location is within Western Australia, New South Wales, Australian Capital Territory, Queensland or Northern Territory.

Prize Draw Winner Selection
Winners for two Monthly Prizes will be drawn on the 30th day of each month (or next Business Day if that date falls on a weekend or public holiday) at 10:00 am between April and October 2023. A total of 14 Monthly Prizes Winners will be drawn over the Promotional Period.
The Grand Prize will be drawn on 6 November 2023 at 4pm AEST.
The Winners of the Prizes will be determined randomly from Customer data obtained from Parts.Cat.Com by a draw of all eligible entries in the possession of WesTrac and Hastings Deering at the time of each draw. For the awarding of Monthly Prizes, entries will be separated into WesTrac Customers and Hastings Deering Customers, so that there is one WesTrac Customer Monthly Prize Winner and one Hastings Deering Customer Monthly Prize Winner.
All Prizes will be drawn by the competition promoter, WesTrac and the prizes will be drawn from WesTrac’s premises located at 1 WesTrac Drive, Tomago NSW 2322. Hastings Deering will submit to WesTrac a list of order numbers for entry prior to each draw.
Prize Redemption Winners will be notified by phone or email (via their Customer contact details as recorded with WesTrac or Hastings Deering) by either WesTrac or Hastings Deering.
Prize Collection Period The Winners must contact WesTrac or Hastings Deering within 30 days (Month) of being notified to arrange for the prize to be delivered. If a Winner fails to claim their Prize within this period of time, the Winner will forfeit the Prize and WesTrac will draw another Winner from the eligible Entrants (Prize Redraw)
Prize Redraw/s
The Prize Redraw will be conducted on the day after the end of the Prize Collection Period (or next business day).
In the event that the forfeited Winner is a Hastings Deering customer, Hastings Deering will inform WesTrac prior to the redraw date to enable WesTrac to conduct the redraw.
The Prize Redraw will occur 14 days after original draw date between May and November 2023. All Prize Redraws will be drawn by the competition promoter, WesTrac and prizes will be drawn from WesTrac’s premises located at 1 WesTrac Drive, Tomago NSW 2322.
