TERMS AND CONDITIONS
GB Wash Pty Ltd (ACN 611 086 410) trading as Concierge Car Wash of Suite 501 10-12
Clarke Street, Crows Nest NSW 2065 (herein, ‘the Promoter’) is to have the final say on any
conflict and contradiction with respect to any communication which concerns the Promotion,
inclusive of advertisements or promotional material.
Further, entrants agree that all entries and claim instructions form part of the Terms and
Conditions, and by participating, all entrants are considered to have accepted and be bound
by the Terms and Conditions.
Game of chance
This Concierge Car Wash Giveaway (herein, ‘the Promotion’) includes a component that is a
game of chance, and as such, skill is not assessed or required to determine prize winners.
Eligibility
Any person whose principal place of residence is in New South Wales, Western Australia,
Victoria or Queensland, and who are aged 18 or over, are eligible to enter the Promotion.
This excludes any affiliates, agents or employees of the Promoter as well as any immediate
family members of an employee of the Promoter.
The Promotion is open from 00.01 AEDT (herein, ‘Open Date’) on 15 May 2023 and closes
at 23.59 AEST on 15 June 2023 (herein, ‘Closing Date’). This Promotion is exclusive to
customers of participating Concierge Car Wash’s as found at
https://conciergecarwash.com.au/locations/# (herein, ‘Participating Business).
To enter the Promotion, the entrant must have paid for and received the relevant service
which is displayed at
https://conciergecarwash.com.au/pricing/ (herein, ‘Qualifying
Purchase') from any Participating Business during the Promotion Period.
Once the entrant has made a Qualifying Purchase, they are automatically entered into the
Promotion. The Promotion is not limited to any number of entries per person, but each time
an entrant makes a Qualifying Purchase, they will receive another entry to the draw.
Any Qualifying Purchase made before the Open Date or after the Closing Date are
automatically invalid.
The Prizes for the Promotion are as follows:
1 x $5,000 Flight Centre Travel Voucher
2 x New iPhone 14 Pro Max 128GB (valued at $1,900 each)
2 x Caltex Fuel Cards (valued at $600 each)
The total value of the Prizes is $10,000.00. Where applicable, the Prizes will include any
warranties as provided by the manufacturer, however, the Promoter will not provide any
additional warranties or services for the Prizes.
The winner of the Prize acknowledges that they are responsible for all associated costs for
the Prize that are not mentioned in the above terms. This includes but is not limited to the
costs insurance, any damage to the Prize, or any other costs relating to the Prize, from the
date of winning the Prize.
The winner of the Prize agrees and accepts that the Prize may differ from what is displayed
in any promotional material relating to the Promotion.
The winner of the Prize, or his or her authorized designee, will be required to pick up the
Prize from Suite 501 10-12 Clarke Street, Crows Nest NSW 2065.
The winner of the Prize acknowledges that the Prize is not exchangeable nor is the Prize
redeemable for any other item, including cash.
Winner Selection
The Prizes are to be allocated to an entrant who is randomly selected by Trade Promotions
and Lotteries, the Government approved random draw picker. The draw will be held at Suite
501 10-12 Clarke Street, Crows Nest NSW 2065 on Thursday, 22 June at 15.00 AEST in the
presence of an independent scrutineer.
All entrants acknowledge that any potential winners who have not fulfilled any requirement of
or has breached any conditions of these Terms and Conditions, is automatically disqualified.
If any potential winner is disqualified, the Prize may be awarded to an alternate winner
selected in the same manner.
All Prize winners will be published at
https://conciergecarwash.com.au/ within seven (7) days
of the Prize draw. The winners of each of the Prizes will also be contacted via the email
address and/or phone number provided within five (5) working days of the Prize draw, to
advise that they have won the Prize.
General
In entering this Promotion, the entrant acknowledges the following:
1. While providing personal data is not mandatory, it is required to participate in the
promotion.
2. The Promoter is responsible for the processing of personal data related to the
Promotion.
3. Your personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's
legitimate interests and will only be processed for as long as necessary to conduct
the Promotion and to comply with any legal obligations the Promoter may hold.
4. Any personal data collected during the Promotion Period will be retained only to fulfill
the Promoters legal obligations and protect against potential claims.
5. Residents of South Australia are ineligible to participate in this competition and any
entries received from individuals whose principal place of residence is in South
Australia will be automatically disqualified.
6. Residents of Tasmania are ineligible to participate in this competition and any entries
received from individuals whose principal place of residence is in Tasmania will be
automatically disqualified.
7. Residents of the Northern Territory are ineligible to participate in this competition and
any entries received from individuals whose principal place of residence is in the
Northern Territory will be automatically disqualified.
8. Residents of the Australian Capital Territory are ineligible to participate in this
competition and any entries received from individuals whose principal place of
residence is in the Australian Capital Territory will be automatically disqualified.
9. By taking part in the Promotion, the winners’ consent to the Promoter using their
name and image for promotional purposes.
10. Your personal data will be utilized by the Promoter to keep you informed about the
Promotion and to deliver the Prize in the event that you are declared the winner.
11. You possess the right to access, rectify, transfer, and erase your personal data, as
well as to object to or limit its processing insofar as you are permitted to do so by law.
12. To learn more about your rights and how to exercise them, including how to contact

13. In participating in the Promotion, you consent to comply with all applicable
regulations and acknowledge that the Promoter's determinations on all aspects
connected to the Promotion are conclusive.
14. The Prizes cannot be transferred, and no substitute awards are offered.
15. In case of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter retains the right to substitute any
Prize with an alternative of equivalent worth.
16. Entries submitted through agents, third parties, or computer-generated or
incomplete/illegible entries will not be accepted.
17. Although the Promoter will endeavour to ensure the Website functions appropriately
throughout the Promotion Period, they will not be held responsible for entries that are
lost or delayed due to equipment failure, technical glitches, system errors, satellite or
network problems, or any other cause.
18. If the Prizes are not claimed within thirty (30) days of the Prize draw, a new drawing
will be held at 15:00 AEST on 13 July 2023, at the same location as the original
drawing, with an independent scrutineer present.
19. The Prize winners will be notified by email and phoned by the Promoters
representative.
20. If the Prize remains unclaimed for thirty (30) days, it will be forfeited, and a new
winner will be drawn. The same process will be repeated until the Prize is claimed
within the relevant period
