Terms and Conditions Competition

    The promoter is HAVEN SPECIALTY COFFEE PTY LTD, ABN 30 626 436 539.

    The competition is open to residents of Australia aged 16 years and over.

    There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

    Only one entry per person will be accepted.

    Closing date for entry will be the 31 May 2023. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

    No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for any reason.

    The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows: Entrants must enter their first name and email address on the competition page on the Haven Specialty Coffee website to be eligible for the prize draw. The winner will be randomly selected on the closing date and notified on the same day.

    The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice.

    The prize(s) is as follows: 5 separate winners will receive a Haven Specialty Coffee gift card worth $100 each.

    The prize can only be used at a Haven Specialty Coffee outlet (excludes online) and is only redeemable for food and beverages. The prize is not transferable and is not redeemable for cash, merchandise, gift cards or other prizes.

    Winners will be chosen at random by Haven Specialty Coffee from all entries received and verified by Haven Specialty Coffee before the closing date.

    The winner will be notified by email. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

    The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

    The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian NSW law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

    The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

    By entering the competition, all participants agree to receive marketing emails from Haven Specialty Coffee. Participants may opt-out of these emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the email or by contacting Haven Specialty Coffee directly.

    Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
