King’s Park will be transformed into a winter wonderland of light, colour and sound when the global phenomenon Lightscape arrives in Perth for winter 2023.

For six weeks from Friday 16 June 2023, the breathtaking interactive experience will immerse West Aussies in an awe-inspiring, after-dark journey along a 1.8km trail through the iconic park and botanic gardens.

The Lightscape spectacular, which has captivated millions in cities across the world, has been seen only once before in Australia when it debuted in Melbourne’s Royal Botanic Gardens last year to rave reviews.

In partnership with premier locations around the world, Sony Music ensures each of its sell-out timed entry trails is unique. With no two installations ever the same, Perth can look forward to a one-of-a- kind experience designed just for Kings Park.

From the 100,000 tiny, twinkling illuminations of the Winter Cathedral, to the brilliant colours of the Neon Night Gardens with their jumbo-sized floral light sculptures, Lightscape Kings Park will be a sensory masterpiece for young and old.
