Terms & Conditions
The promoter is Adelaide Economic Development Agency (AEDA) (ABN 76 182 348 392), a subsidiary of the Corporation of the City of Adelaide (Council).
These are the Terms and Conditions for the Ultimate Festival Pass competition
To enter this Competition, participants complete the form on ExperienceAdelaide.com.au. By entering the competition entrants agree to receive communications from Experience Adelaide, Rundle Mall (Adelaide Economic Development Agency) and Festival City ADL.
Entry in the Competition is free of charge.
In order to be eligible to enter the Competition, entrants must:
be aged 18 years or older;
be a South Australian resident
have completed the form on ExperienceAdelaide.com.au and subscribed to What’s On (“Eligible Entrant”)
One entry is permitted per account, and each entry will have an equal chance of winning.
The Competition and Promotion Period opens on 1/06/2023 4:00 pm ACST and closes on 25/06/2023 11:59 pm ACST (“Promotion Period”)
The prize pack comprises of vouchers, tickets, gift cards (dependent on the event) up to $250 per event, to attend each of 12 Festival City ADL festivals, including: Adelaide Fringe, Adelaide Festival, WOMADelaide, South Australia’s History Festival, South Australian Living Artists Festival, Adelaide Cabaret Festival, Illuminate Adelaide, Adelaide Guitar Festival, Adelaide Film Festival, OzAsia Festival, Tarnanthi Festival, Feast Festival. The vouchers, tickets or gift cards will be organised by Adelaide Economic Development Agency with the winner supplied with vouchers, tickets or gift cards, prior to each individual festival listed above that are held between 1 July 2023 and 30 June 2024. The winner will then need to redeem the vouchers, tickets or gift cards for each festival. Where tickets to any event may be free of charge, vouchers for merchandise may be given instead. Any residual voucher or gift card value not redeemed for tickets or merchandise is forfeited. No compensation will be payable if a person is unable to use any element of the prize as stated for whatever reason. A voucher, ticket or gift card for one event cannot be exchanged for another event. Any part of the prize that is not taken for any reason is forfeited. The winner will also receive as part of the prize a gift basket which includes merchandise from Festival City ADL to the value of $750.Total prize value $4,000.
Prize/s is/are not redeemable for cash.
If a prize or any part of a prize is unavailable for any reason, the promoter will, in its absolute discretion, substitute the prize with another item of no lesser retail value, subject, where relevant, to the approval of the authorities that have issued permits for the conduct of the promotion.
The winner/s will be selected at random by AEDA. The draw will be performed using a computer-generated process and will take place at 25 Pirie Street, Adelaide SA 5000 on 26/06/2023 11:00 am ACST. Entrants must have fulfilled the entry requirements to be eligible.
The winner/s will be notified by AEDA by 28/06/2023 ACST via direct message by the details which the Eligible Entrant entered the Competition.
If the winner/s does not respond by AEDA on 30/06/2023 23:59 ACST or is unable to accept the prize, another winner will be drawn from the Eligible Entrants. The prize will be redrawn using a random computer process.
Upon confirmation with the winner, AEDA will distribute the prize.
Decisions made in relation to any aspect of this Competition are final and no further correspondence will be entered into.
City of Adelaide staff, AEDA staff, Festival City ADL and their immediate families are not eligible to enter the Competition.

AEDA makes no representation, expressly or implied, as to the quality, reliability or suitability of the prizes and expressly disclaims any liability. Any problems associated with the prizes should be brought to the attention of the respective supplier of the service.
Each winner and their guest(s) as applicable agree to comply with the terms and conditions applicable to the issue and use of tickets from the ticket provider.
By entering into this Competition, the Entrants acknowledge and agree that the personal information they provide may be used by AEDA or the Council for future marketing purposes.
Should the prize become unavailable due to the COVID 19 pandemic, AEDA will use its best endeavours to provide the winner with an alternative prize.
Entry into the Competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Terms and Conditions are subject to change without notice.
