Terms & Conditions

The promoter is Adelaide Economic Development Agency (AEDA) (ABN 76 182 348 392), a subsidiary of the Corporation of the City of Adelaide (Council).

These are the Terms and Conditions for the WIN a double pass to Illuminate Adelaide.

To enter this Competition, participants must complete the form on ExperienceAdelaide.com.au to subscribe to What’s On.

Entry in the Competition is free of charge.

In order to be eligible to enter the Competition, entrants must:

    be aged 18 years or older;
    be a South Australian resident
    have completed the entry form on ExperienceAdelaide.com.au to subscribe to What’s On (“Eligible Entrant”)

One entry is permitted per account, and each entry will have an equal chance of winning.

The Competition and Promotion Period opens on Friday 16 June 2023 at 11:59 pm ACDT and closes on Monday 26 June 2023 at 11:59 pm ACDT (“Promotion Period”).

The prize pool consists of

    2x double passes to Resonate on 7 July 2023 at 7:45 pm
    2x double passes to Resonate on 8 July 2023 at 7:45 pm
    2x double passes to Mirror Mirror on 7 July 2023 at 6:30 pm
    2x double passes to Mirror Mirror on 8 July 2023 at 6:30 pm

Prize/s is/are not redeemable for cash or exchangeable and will be issued at random.

The winner/s will be selected at random by AEDA. The draw will be performed using a computer-generated process and will take place at 25 Pirie Street on Tuesday 27 June 2023 at 10:00 am. Entrants must have fulfilled the entry requirements to be eligible.

The winner/s will be notified by AEDA on Tuesday 27 June 2023 via email by the details which the Eligible Entrant entered the Competition.

If the winner/s does not respond by 3:00 pm Wednesday 28 June 2023 or is unable to accept the prize, another winner will be drawn from the Eligible Entrants. The prize will be redrawn using a random computer process.

Upon confirmation with the winner, AEDA will distribute the prize.

Decisions made in relation to any aspect of this Competition are final and no further correspondence will be entered into.

City of Adelaide staff, AEDA staff and their immediate families are not eligible to enter the Competition.

AEDA makes no representation, expressly or implied, as to the quality, reliability or suitability of the prizes and expressly disclaims any liability. Any problems associated with the prizes should be brought to the attention of the respective supplier of the service.

Each winner and their guest(s) as applicable agree to comply with the terms and conditions applicable to the issue and use of tickets from the ticket provider.

By entering into this Competition, the Entrants acknowledge and agree that the personal information they provide may be used by AEDA or the Council for future marketing purposes.

Should the prize become unavailable due to the COVID 19 pandemic, AEDA will use its best endeavours to provide the winner with an alternative prize.
