Competition Terms
15.1 Interior Secrets reserves the right to verify the validity of entries (including an entrant’s identity, age, and place of residence) and to disqualify any eligible entrant where Interior Secrets believes that the entry or the entry process has been tampered with or where any entry has been submitted not in accordance with the Terms and Conditions
15.2 Interior Secrets accepts no responsibility for any lost, late, misdirected claims, or correspondence due to incorrect entrant information
15.3 The winner must claim their prize via pick-up from Interior Secrets’ Truganina warehouse by pre-arranging a collection time through the service team
> If the winner cannot pick-up the prize, a delivery through third-party couriers is available at the winner's expense. See shipping and delivery for further details
> Note that Interior Secrets’ South Melbourne location does not offer pick-ups or delivery services
15.4 If the prize is unavailable, Interior Secrets, in their discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value and/ or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority
15.5 Interior Secrets, subject to the relevant state authorities, may substitute any prize with one of comparable value if the advertised prize is or becomes unavailable for any reason.
> Interior Secrets will not replace any lost or stolen prizes, or take responsibility for any broken products in the delivery of the product or after it has been delivered. It is not the responsibility of Interior Secrets to ensure any products
15.6 If for any reason the winner does not take the prize by the time stipulated by Interior Secrets, then the prize will be forfeited and will not be redeemable for cash
15.7 The prize or any unused portion of the prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash
15.8 This voucher prize applies to all products including sale and clearance items. It does not apply to freight costs or any additional service charges.
