All participants who complete the two-minute survey before 17 July 2023 will be in the running to win a $250 Visa gift card.
The survey results will provide valuable insight into the attitude of Australians towards the residential property market, consumer confidence and shed light on their property intentions.
The information will help us support Australian homebuyers and property investors by shaping the content we provide to you, our valued reader.
The collated results and corresponding insights will be published in our Property Sentiment Report in Q3 2023.

Information on this promotion forms part of these terms & conditions. Any referral not complying with these terms and conditions is invalid.
This promotion is open to people 18 years of age or older and who are not an employee of the Promoter or the Promoter’s related companies, and any agencies associated with this promotion and their immediate families (including spouse, defacto spouse, parent, child or sibling (whether full, half, step or by adoption). Any entry made on behalf of an entrant by a third party, or otherwise a proxy, will be invalid
All references in time in this document are a reference to the local time in Perth, WA on the date stated. The promotion commences at 12.01am on 26/06/2023 and closes at 11.59pm on 17/07/2023 (‘Promotional Period’)
To enter a participant must:
Complete the survey in full.
Agree to the T&Cs within the Promotional Period.
The reward is only available for one person. One person can’t not submit the survey promotion multiple times.
No responsibility is accepted for survey entries. The Promoter shall not be responsible for any entries that are not received or are otherwise interfered with due to problems with the internet or telecommunications services. Any entry not complying with these terms and conditions is invalid.
This promotion is not associated, sponsored, endorsed or administered with Meta, as such meta is harmless of liability.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of the survey and reserves the right to disqualify any referrer for tampering with the entry process, or for submitting a survey that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions.
The reward is a A$250 Visa Gift Card to be randomly selected at the end of the promotional period.
The reward winner will be notified by phone or email within 2 business days.
If the reward is not claimed within a period of 14 days from the end of the promotional period the winner will forfeit their claim to the reward and a new winner will be randomly selected in accordance with the T&Cs.
Rewards are not transferable or redeemable for cash. The reward must be taken as stated and no compensation will be paid if a Referrer is unable to use the reward. The referrer must be ready, willing and able to receive the reward.
The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or using the referral reward, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
All entries become the property of the Promoter. All entries will be entered into a database and the Promoter may use the entrants’ names, addresses, telephone numbers for future promotions and marketing without notice and without any fee being paid.
The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information.
