Giveaway Terms and Conditions
The Cookie Man Loaded Cookies Giveaway ("Giveaway") is organised by Cookie Man Australia ("Promoter") and is open to all residents of Australia aged 13+ at the time of entry.
The Giveaway will run for 20 consecutive days, starting from Monday 7th August and ending on Saturday 26th August 11:59am.
Each day, 12 winners will be randomly selected to receive a box of 12 Milk Choc Hazelnut Loaded Cookies. Winners will be annouced after midday each day.
To enter the Giveaway, participants must submit their name, email, phone number, Address and Instagram handle through the official entry form provided by Cookie Man Australia.
By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to receive promotional communications from Cookie Man Australia.
Each participant may only enter the Giveaway once. Once you enter the giveaway, you will be in the draw for the remaining days of the campaign. If you win any of the days, you will be removed from the remaining draws.
Multiple entries from the same individual will be disqualified.
The winners will be announced daily on the Cookie Man Australia's official Instagram page (@cookieman_australia).
Winners must also be following @cookieman_australia on Instagram to be eligible.
Winners are required to tag @cookieman_australia in a post on their Instagram feed, featuring their winning box of Loaded Cookies.
By doing so, winners grant Cookie Man Australia permission to repost and share their content on their social media platforms. The prize consists of one (1) box of 12 Milk Choc Hazelnut Loaded Cookies, to be delivered to the winners' provided address within Australia. You may be contacted to confirm address prior to dispatch. Failure to respond within 3 business days will forfeit your prize.
Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash or any other alternatives.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participant who engages in any fraudulent or unfair practices in connection with the Giveaway.
