Terms and Conditions

The Promoter is The Design Files (ABN 27 163 991 704) of 14 Little Oxford Street, Collingwood, Victoria.

PARTICIPATION

1. Information on how to enter and the prize forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 and over.

3. Employees (and their immediate families) of The Design Files, Eva and any agencies associated with this competition are ineligible to enter.

HOW TO ENTER

4. The competition commences at 06:00 (AEDT) on Tuesday, August 8th 2023 and ends at 11:59 (AEDT) on Monday, August 21st 2022 (“Competition Period”).

5. The winner will be selected and contacted on Tuesday, August 22nd 2022, via email.

6. The selected winner will receive an Eva Sofa Bed in any colour of their choice, valued at $2,450. Please note that the Slideaway sofa bed is ready to ship now to NSW, VIC and QLD, and from October (at the earliest) for SA, WA & TAS.

7. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. Prizes cannot be returned as part of 120-night trial or warranty.

8. To enter, individuals must complete the following entry method during the Entry Period: be following @evahome, complete the competition form on The Design Files’ website, and opt-in to The Design Files daily or weekly mailing list.

9. The winner will be notified by email by The Design Files. It is a condition of entry that The Design Files has the right to publicise, broadcast and communicate to the public the names, characters, likenesses or voices of entrants for any promotion or matter incidental to the Promotion. All entrants accept and permit the use of this information on any medium.

10. If for any reason a winner does not take a prize by the time stipulated by The Design Files, then the prize will be forfeited.
