Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, location, content of Website Entry and any other details submitted to the Promoter in this Promotion for the purposes of being broadcast on-air in accordance with Clause 5 of the Competition Terms and Conditions, General Terms of Entry below.

Judging

All valid Website Entries will be individually judged by representatives of the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) by 5:00 pm AEST Friday 8 September 2023 at the Promoter’s premises. All valid entries will be judged based on the Judging Criteria.

Judging Criteria

All valid entries will be judged (by representatives of the Promoter) on originality, creativity and suitability or as otherwise specified by the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion).
Where entrants are required to participate in a challenge or on-air game (if applicable), the Promoter may specify the relevant judging criteria prior to or at the time of the challenge or on-air game.
12. Prize.
There is one (1) Prize to be won, comprising of:
• Two (2) x adult economy return airfares from either Melbourne or Sydney Airport, whichever domestic airport is closest to the Prize winner’s ordinary residential address in the Eligible States and Territories, to Gold Coast Airport (inclusive of airfare related taxes and charges);
• Five (5) nights’ accommodation at the RACV Royal Pines Resort, Ross St, Benowa QLD 4217 (Resort) in a Superior King or Twin Room (twin share), to be shared by the Prize winner and their companion, including:
o Daily breakfast for two (2) at Kalinda Restaurant
o AUD $25 resort credit per day.
o Late check out until 12:00pm
o One (1) x 2 course set menu dinner at Amici restaurant for two (2) guests
• One (1) x voucher for return transfers to and from Gold Coast Airport and RACV Royal Pines Resort for the winner and their companion.For the avoidance of doubt, winners and their companions must make their own way to and from the departing airport. Only transfers to and from the destination airport and Resort are provided.
The Promoter will consult with the Prize winner regarding their preferred travel dates and will pass their details on to the Prize supplier. The Prize supplier will book flight tickets for the winner and their companion, subject to airline ticket availabilities (subject to at all times the Prize supplier’s sole and absolute discretion). The Promoter and Prize provider are not responsible for airline ticket availabilities.
Prize Restrictions:
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
Winner and their companions are subject to the terms and conditions of the Prize supplier, including but not limited to booking availabilities and airline ticket terms and conditions.
Prize must be taken on certain dates
Entrants and their companion (where applicable) must be able to take the Prize between 9 September 2023 to 1 September 2024. Prize is not redeemable between 18 – 20 August 2023, 25 December 2023 – 13 January 2024 and 29 March – 1 April 2024. Dates and schedules of the Prize are not under the Promoter’s control and are subject to change. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any date or schedule changes.
In the event that for any reason whatsoever the Prize winners do not or are not able to take the Prizes at the time stipulated by the Promoter for any reason, including but not limited to COVID-19, the Prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the Prize.

Additional Conditions
The winner is responsible for checking state and federal government, health authority and travel advice to stay up-to-date with the latest travel requirements and restrictions relevant for travel to/from and between the relevant travel destination. The Promoter is not responsible for any such restrictions which may affect the winner’s (or any companion’s) ability to redeem and use the Prize (including but not limited to any travel restrictions in place in the winner’s (or any companion’s) ordinary state of residence around the time of the Event).
The Promoter is not responsible for any cancellations in connection with government mandated lockdowns, quarantine or isolation restrictions, costs associated with quarantine or isolation as a result of redeeming the Prize, or as a result of the incapacity of the winner to travel for any other reason.
The Promoter is not responsible for any cancellation, changes, delay or rescheduling of events, travel, activities and flights and any costs incurred as a result (including, without limitation, accommodation costs) will be the sole responsibility of the winner and its companions. In the event that one or more activity is no longer available, the remainder of the Prize shall constitute the complete and total Prize.
