1. Eligibility:
1.1. The survey is open to individuals who are residents of Australia and aged 18 years or older, except employees and immediate family members of employees of Lotus Caravans and Dometic.
1.2. By participating in the survey, participants agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
2. Survey Participation:
2.1. Participation in the survey is voluntary and does not require any purchase or payment to enter.
2.2. Participants must provide accurate and truthful information in the survey.
2.3. Each participant may only submit one survey response.
3. Survey Period:
3.1. The survey period is clearly defined, commencing from 12:00am 22nd August 2023 and closing on 11:59pm 31st August 2023.
3.2 Responses received after the survey closing date will not be considered.
4. Prize Draw:
4.1. Participants who complete the survey will be entered into a prize draw to win prizes provided by Dometic.
4.2. The prize draw will take place at 11:00am 4th September 2023.
4.3. Winners will be selected randomly, and the decision will be final and binding.
5. Winner Notification:
5.1. Winners will be notified via the contact information provided in the survey.
5.2. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, a new winner will be randomly selected.
6. Prizes:
6.1. The prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
6.2. Lotus Caravans and Dometic reserve the right to substitute the prizes with alternatives of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond their control require it.
6.3. Prizes are as follows: $7,000 voucher for Dometic Outdoor Australia (first prize); $2,000 voucher for Dometic Outdoor Australia (second prize); $1,000 voucher for Dometic Outdoor Australia.
7. Data Usage and Privacy:
7.1. Participant data collected in the survey will be used for research purposes by both Lotus Caravans and Dometic.
7.2. Winners’ information will be used by Lotus Caravans and Dometic in order to fulfil prizes.
7.2. Participant information will be handled in accordance with the privacy policies of Lotus Caravans and Dometic and in accordance with Australian laws.
8. Intellectual Property:
8.1. By participating in the survey, participants grant Lotus Caravans and Dometic a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and publish their survey responses for research and marketing purposes.
9. General Terms:
9.1. Lotus Caravans and Dometic reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the survey at any time without notice.
9.2. Participants agree not to tamper with the survey process or interfere with other participants' responses.
9.3. Lotus Caravans and Dometic will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from or in connection with the survey or the use of the prizes.
