Giveaway Terms and Conditions
The Mrs. Fields Cookie Pie Giveaway ("Giveaway") is organised by Mrs. Fields Australia ("Promoter") and is open to all residents of Australia aged 13+ at the time of entry.
The Giveaway will run for 10 consecutive days, starting from Monday 28th August and ending on Wednesday 6th September 11:59am.
Each day, 1 winner will be randomly selected to receive a Create Your Own Cookie Pie. Winners will be annouced after midday each day.
To enter the Giveaway, participants must submit their name, email, phone number, Address and Instagram handle through the official entry form provided by Mrs. Fields Australia.
By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to receive promotional communications from Mrs. Fields Australia.
Each participant may only enter the Giveaway once. Once you enter the giveaway, you will be in the draw for the remaining days of the campaign. If you win any of the days, you will be removed from the remaining draws.
Multiple entries from the same individual will be disqualified.The winners will be announced daily on the Mrs. Fields Australia’s official Instagram page (@mrsfieldsau).
Winners must also be following @mrsfieldsau on Instagram to be eligible.
Winners are required to tag @mrsfieldsau in a post on their Instagram feed, featuring their winning box of Loaded Cookies.
By doing so, winners grant Mrs. Fields Australia permission to repost and share their content on their social media platforms. The prize consists of one (1) Create Your Own Cookie Pie, to be delivered to the winners' provided address within Australia. You may be contacted to confirm address prior to dispatch. Failure to respond within 3 business days will forfeit your prize.
Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash or any other alternatives.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participant who engages in any fraudulent or unfair practices in connection with the Giveaway.
