Terms and Conditions

The giveaway is promoted by Go2Africa (Pty) Ltd, Go2Africa House, 12A Portswood Road, V&A Waterfront, 8001, Cape Town, South Africa.

By subscribing, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you have any questions, please contact marketing@go2africa.com. 

Entrants must be 18 years or older. To enter the prize draw, you must successfully subscribe to Go2Africa’s weekly newsletter (Newsletter). Existing Newsletter subscribers will need to resubscribe to enter. No purchase is necessary. For each additional person you refer who subscribes to the Newsletter you will receive one additional entry in the prize draw.

Only Newsletter subscriptions tracked via our Referral Factory platform will be considered to be entries.

The closing date of the prize draw is 23:59 on 30 September 2023. Entries received after this time will not be considered.   

The winner will receive an African safari vacation for two travellers to the value of 25,000 USD to be taken with Go2Africa that must be completed by 31 August 2025.

Go2Africa accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize and not specifically included in the prize (including, without limitation, travel to and from Africa). 

 

The Prize Draw

A winner will be chosen by random draw within one month of the giveaway period ending.

Each Newsletter subscription tracked as being referred by a specific person will mean that person being given one additional entry in the prize draw.

The winner will receive details of the prize by email (using details provided at entry). If a winner does not respond to Go2Africa within 14 days of being notified, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and Go2Africa will be entitled to select another winner.

 

The Prize

The prize on offer is a 10-day /9-night luxury safari for two people, including:

Exceptional accommodation in Cape Town, the Cape Winelands and Kruger National Park.
Five-star cuisine and service.
Exclusive, private locations.
Classic Big 5 game viewing during twice-daily game drives.
Guided safari walks.

Itinerary is subject to availability and may be subject to change. Blackout dates will apply at time of fulfillment.

Inclusions:

International flights to Cape Town International Airport.
9 nights accommodation.
Return flights from Cape Town International Airport to Hoedspruit Airport.
Return road transfers from Hoedspruit Airport to Kruger National Park lodgings.
Road transfers from Cape Town International Airport to Cape Town lodgings, Cape Town lodgings to Cape Winelands lodgings, and Cape Winelands lodgings to Cape Town International Airport.

Exclusions:

All meals and drinks not specified.
Tips and gratuities.
Items of a personal nature.

 

Restrictions & Termination

You understand and agree that you must not use referral methods that are bothersome to the recipients. Moreover, your participation in the Go2Africa 25th Birthday Giveaway must not violate the applicable law, including but not limited to anti-Spam legislation, which is mass distribution of unsolicited messages.

You must not publish the Go2Africa 25th Birthday Giveaway on any sites or platforms that house any adult content, alcohol, tobacco, gambling, games and online casinos, political content, and any form of illegal activities. 

You must only use the Go2Africa 25th Birthday Giveaway for personal use and refrain from its use for commercial purposes. 

We may terminate the Go2Africa 25th Birthday Giveaway at any time, including your participation or the availability of its benefits. 

Go2Africa accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the prize draw or accepting the prize.

Go2Africa reserves the right to modify or discontinue this prize draw due to reasons outside its control.

All entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
