TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Competition means the referral Competition as described at Clause 2 of these Terms and Conditions.

Competition Commencement Date Monday 18th September 2023 at 9.00am AEST.
Competition Closing Date means Thursday 28th September 2023 at 11.59pm AEST.

Competition Period has the meaning given to it in Clause 4.

Ineligible Entrant means

Directors, management, officers, employees and contractors of the Promoter and associated agencies, retailers, suppliers and companies, and their immediate families.
"immediate families" includes his or her spouse, ex-spouse, de facto spouse, child, step child, adopted child, parent, step-parent, grandparent, uncle, aunt, siblings, step-siblings, or first cousin, whether or not they live in the same household as the director, manager, officer, employee or contractor.
Initial Entrant means entrants who receive a Temple & Webster email invitation in accordance with Clause 6.

Invited Friend means the friend invited by the Initial Entrant.

Prize means a AU$1,000 Witchery gift card for the winning Initial Entrant and AU$1,000 Witchery gift card for the Invited Friend.

Promoter means Witchery Fashions Pty Ltd of Building 2, 572 Swan Street, Burnley VIC 3121, Australia.
