The “Win a Year on Deputy” Prize Draw
Terms and Conditions
1. This prize draw is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and above who sign up to a
Deputy Premium free trial or paid subscription between 12:00 am on 2 October and 11:50
pm on 31 October 2023 (Australian Eastern Standard Time), with the exception of existing
customers and employees of Deputec Pty Ltd and its affiliated companies (“Eligible Entrants”).
2. One winner will be selected at random on 1 November 2023 from all Eligible Entrants.
3. One entry per business.
4. The prize is an annual subscription to Deputy Premium worth up to a maximum of $3,000 per
annum list price (up to 41 users). The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash
alternatives will be offered.
5. Entrants must have a minimum of 35 users in order to redeem the prize.
6. The winner will be notified via email by 6 November 2023. The winner must claim their prize
within 10 working days of Deputy sending notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time,
it will lapse, and Deputy reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner
selected in accordance with these rules.
7. The annual subscription must begin by 1 December 2023.
8. You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used by
Deputy for the purposes of administering the prize draw in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. All entrants may apply for details of the winning participant by contacting us at hello.au@team.
deputy.com by 1 December 2023.
10. The winner consents to the release of their first name and place of work to any other prize draw
participants who request it, and to the publication of this information on Deputy’s social media
channels.
11. Deputy does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by
any entrants as a result of either participating in the prize draw or being selected for a prize,
save that Deputy does not exclude its liability for death or personal injury as a result of its own
negligence.
12. Deputy reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any
time, without prior notice.
13. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australia and New South
Wales law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New
South Wales.
