The Prize Supplier of the competition on offer is Live Nation APAC (ABN 69 156 286 341) of 111 Cambridge Street, Collingwood, VIC 3066 ("Prize Supplier").
WHO CAN ENTER?
To be eligible to enter you must:
be a resident who ordinarily residing in Australia and is aged 18 or over; and
WHO CAN'T ENTER?
Directors, officers, management and employees (and their immediate families) of, (1) the Promoter, (2) Prize Supplier and each party’s associated agencies, franchisees, companies or participating premises are ineligible to enter this competition.

The competition period commences at 00:01am (AEST) on 18/09/2023 and ends at 11:59pm (AEST) on 31/10/2023 ("Competition Period"), and the Promoter/Prize Supplier reserves the right to extend the competition end date at any time (subject to regulatory approval).
HOW TO ENTER
Entrants must register their details on the Hertz Gold Plus Rewards sign up entry form which must include CDP #2259331 at the WEBSITE during the Competition Period and agree to the terms to submit their entry into the competition. Only one entry is permitted per person. No responsibility is accepted for any entries that are incomplete, late, lost, misdirected or not received by the Promoter within the Competition Period. The Promoter is further not responsible if Entrant’s mobile device/desktop is not sufficiently capable for the purpose of submitting an entry.
SELECTION OF WINNERS
There will be 1 winner determined in respect of this competition.
There will be 1 prize draw for this competition, which will occur at 9am AEST at Hertz Melbourne Head Office on 01/11/2023 via a random draw.
The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries in a draw and record them in order, in case a winning entry/entrant is deemed invalid, or a prize is unclaimed (Reserve Entrants).
Winners will be notified by email and telephone on 02/11/2023, where further contact information and details will be requested including but not limited to full name, phone, email and address.
Winners of the major prize will have their last name, initial and postcode published on
www.hertz.com.au/rentacar/reservation/ (except for any winner who request that their name and postcode not be so published) by 11/11/2023.
UNCLAIMED PRIZE DRAW
If a prize has not been accepted or claimed by 5pm (AEST) on 10/11/2023 after making all reasonable attempts and Prize Supplier can’t contact a winner to notify them that they have won a prize (or a winner does not contact Greenroom Digital) by the prize claim date above, they will automatically forfeit their prize and Greenroom Digital reserves the right to re-award the relevant prize to a Reserve Entrant and/or carry out an unclaimed prize draw.
If necessary, the unclaimed prize draw will be held at 2pm (AEST) on 13/11/2023 at the same location as the original draws.

PRIZES
There is 1 prize available, which includes 10 x A-Reserve Double Passes to Live Nation concerts of the winner’s choice to use over a 12 month period within Australia. All concert/event choices to be advised by 02 May 2024 and prior to this at least 4 week’s notice prior to each concert/event date.
PRIZE DETAILS
Valued at a maximum of $600.00 per double pass. The total prize pool is $6,000.00.
This is a game of chance and skill plays no part in determining the outcome.
The major prize is subject to a pandemic, any travel/government restrictions/directives, border closures, health advice and the like.
By accepting or participating in any prize, each Entrant accepts these Terms and Conditions.
No part of a prize is exchangeable or redeemable for any other prize or can be taken as cash. The prize values are correct as at the date of preparing these Terms and Conditions and include any applicable GST. The Promoter is not responsible for any change in prize value.
If a prize is not available for any reason, the Promoter/Prize Supplier reserves the right to substitute for the prize another item of equal or greater value subject to any requirements of any applicable regulatory authority.
In the event of a dispute, Entrants must contact the Promoter and attempt to resolve the dispute in good faith. For the avoidance of doubt, the Promoter is not responsible for any dispute between Entrant and any person with whom Entrant choose to, or choose not to, share a prize.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility if one or more of the events or activities awarded as part of the major prize are abandoned, called off or postponed for any reason. In that case Entrant forfeit the entitlement to that event/activity.
Prize excludes travel, accommodation and other expenses to attend the concerts/events and will be at the Winner’s and their companions cost.
All expenses other than those expressly referred to in the prize clause will be at the Winner’s and their companion’s cost. The Promoter will not be liable for the failure of the Winner to meet travel schedules or cancellations and no cash or other prize will be awarded if the Winner or the companion cancels for any reason.
The Promoter and/or Prize Supplier will take reasonable steps to distribute the prize to the winners within 5 days of the relevant draw.
