For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions, the promoter is Austin Clothing, trading as Perri Cutten of 1320 Malvern Road, Malvern VIC 3144 (ABN 56 789 496 568)(“Promoter”).
The Competition runs from Thursday 28th September 2023 to 11:59pm AEDT Thursday 19th October 2023.
Entry is open to Australian and New Zealand residents only.
Directors, management, officers, employees and contractors of the Promoter and associated agencies, retailers, suppliers and companies, and their immediate families are ineligible to enter this Competition.
To enter, you must have completed and submitted the form at https://www.perricutten.com.au/pages/win-a-1500-wardrobe.
Only one entry is permitted per customer.
Any costs associated with entering this Competition are the responsibility of each Entrant.
This Competition is a game of chance and skill plays no part in determining the Winners.
The Competition draw will be held at 1320 Malvern Road, Malvern VIC 3144 by 5:30pm AEDT on Monday 23rd October 2023.
The valid entry drawn (“Winner”) will win: a Perri Cutten wardrobe to the value of AUD$1500. The Winner will select pieces from the Perri Cutten collection to the maximum value of AUD$1500 and advise the Promoter which styles they would like. The Promoter will post these styles to the Winner.
The maximum total value of the Prize awarded is AUD$1500.
The Prize is not transferable and is not redeemable for cash.
The Winner will be notified via Email by 5:30pm AEDT on Tuesday 24th October 2023.
The Promoter will take no responsibility if a Winner's details are incorrect or incomplete and the Winner cannot be contacted.
