Win a 1-year Anytime Fitness Gym Membership (27/09/2023 – 31/10/2023)

 

    The promoter is Soul Origin.
    The competition is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over, except employees of Soul Origin and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
    Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions. You are responsible for ensuring your familiarity with the conditions of entry at the time of participation.
    The entrant is eligible for the competition once they have signed up to the Soul Origin loyalty program, have made a purchase within the last 30 days and filled out all details in the competition entry form, including the 25 word submission. 
    The entrant is only required to fill out the form including the 25 word submission once.
    Then entrant can gain multiple entries into the competition each time they purchase from Soul Origin and scan their loyalty card. 
    The prize will be equivalent to a 1 year Anytime Fitness Gym Membership valued at up to $1215.95. 
    If the winner does not have an Anytime Fitness gym close to where they live, a new prize of the same value will be given to the winner. The prize will be the choice of Soul Origin. 
    The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered, unless specified by Soul Origin and in Term 8 above. The prize is not transferable. 
    Competition is valid from 27 September 2023 until 11.59pm on 31 October 2023 (AEST) (Promotion Period).
    The promoter will randomly pick the winner at a random time within 14 days from the end of the Promotion Period. 
    The winner will be notified by email within 14 days of the Promotion Period. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
    The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence relating to the competition will be entered into.
