The Promoter is not responsible if your mobile device/desktop is not sufficiently capable for the purpose of submitting an entry.
How are instant win prizes awarded?
There are up to 30,287 instant win prizes available to be won which will be awarded throughout the Competition Period as selected by a computerised system at iGoDirect PtyLtd, 41 Stubbs Street, Kensington VIC 3031 (iGoDirect).
Every 35th valid entry received will win an instant win prize. The computerised system will randomly select the type of instant win prize to be awarded, subject to stocks of each prize type remaining – see the 'What can I win?' section below for instant win prize details.
You will get a return online message acknowledging your entry and if you have won, with instructions on how to claim your prize.
How will the drawn travel prize be awarded?
There will be 4 major prize winners in respect of competition.
There will be 1 draw conducted.
The draw will be held at 12pm (AEDT) on 19/12/2023 at iGoDirect.
The first four valid entries drawn randomly from the entries received during the Competition Period (including any instant winning entries) will each win a major prize.
The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries in a draw and record them in order, in case a winning entry/entrant is deemed invalid or a prize is unclaimed (Reserve Entrants).

Each prize is a trip for the winner and 1 adult companion to 1 of 4 Australian destinations valued at up to $10,970 depending on the winner's point of departure, and depending on the winner's choice of 1 of 4 travel packages.
There is a maximum of 1 prize per person (except for SA residents).

If you win a travel prize, your prize will be a trip for you and 1 adult companion to your choice of 1 of the 4 travel package options outlined below, which includes the following for you and your companion:

The comprehensive domestic travel insurance for the you and your companion is subject to all travellers having no pre-existing medical conditions and being under 59 years of age.
The travel prize is subject to a pandemic, any travel/government restrictions/directives, border closures, health advice and the like.
Should the winner reside within 200kms of their chosen destination, the flights and transfers will be forfeited, and the value of these inclusions will be offered in make-good form (i.e additional accommodation nights, private transfers to experiences, upgrades to hotel rooms, additional activities or additional spending money), as determined by the Promoter and all subject to availability.
*Maximum weight and luggage restrictions apply to the zipline, helicopter and joy flight experiences and these activities are weather dependent.
By accepting or participating in any prize, your companion accepts these Terms and Conditions.
The prize must be taken within 12 months of winner determination.

How many times can I enter
You can enter up to 10 times during the Competition Period, provided you only enter once per Qualifying Purchase and per unique code. Each entry must be submitted separately in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
For the avoidance of doubt, each unique code is equal to one entry.
How and when will the winner/s be informed?
Winners of the instant win prizes will be notified if they are a provisional winner immediately in an on-screen message (at the time of entering) and confirmed via email within 3 business days of verification.
The major prize winners will be notified by phone and by email within 2 business days of determination and will also have their name and state/territory/postcode of residence published on the Website on 22/12/2023 for a period of 28 days.
Proof of purchase
You must keep the following as proof of purchase for all claims:
unique code/s; and
original purchase receipts
If you don't produce the above proof of purchase for all entries when asked the Promoter may disqualify all of your entries and you will lose any right to a prize.
Proof of purchase must be identical to that provided by you with your entry.
Your purchase receipt must clearly identify where the Qualifying Purchase was made, theproduct/s purchased (which must be/comprise a Qualifying Purchase) and the date of purchase (which must be during the Competition Period before you submitted your entry).
If, in the Promoter's opinion, you have shared any proof of purchase with another person, your entries will be invalid and you will lose any right to a prize.
Prize claim date: 5pm (AEDT) on 22/01/2024.
Unclaimed and un-won prize determination: 12pm (AEDT) on 23/01/2024 at iGoDirect.
If an instant win prize (other than the Fuel cards) or a major prize has not been accepted or claimed by the prize claim date above or if, after making all reasonable attempts, the Promoter can't contact the winner (or the prize winner does not contact the Promoter) by the claim date above, the relevant entry/ies will be discarded and the Promoter will carry out an unclaimed prize draw at the date, time and place stated above to randomly distribute the prize/s in descending order of value. Any winners will be informed by phone and in writing by email within two business days of determination.
