Prize Includes: From InsideAsia Tours, 4 nights in Seoul, 2 nights in Gangneung and 2 nights in Jeonju. TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. Prize is open to entrants in Australia and New Zealand only
2. The prize is for 1 x winner only
3. Entries open on 5 November 2023 and close on 11.59pm AEST on 1 March 2024.
4. Prize will be promoted across two separate get lost Digital Editions (Edition #13 & #14).
5. Prize winner will be chosen in March 2024. It is a game of skill based on the best and most creative answer, as chosen solely by Grin Creative.
6. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Any attempt to resell or auction all or any part of this prize will result in an immediate cancellation of the prize.
7. The prize must be taken between 1st January and 31st December 2024. The prize should aim to avoid the following dates - 24th April – 5 May 2024, 17 July – 18 August 2024 and 27th September – 8th October 2024. Travel dates and ticketing must be completed within 3 months of announcement of the winner by Grin Creative.
8. Travel cannot be undertaken during blackout periods: 1JAN-2JAN, 9FEB-13FEB, 29FEB-3MAR, 4APR-7APR, 1MAY-6MAY, 6JUN-9JUN, 15JUL-18AUG, 15SEP-18SEP, 1OCT-9OCT, 20DEC-2JAN.
9. Travel must be completed within 3 months of ticketing (e.g. ticketing on 14th APR, must return by 14th JUL). Flight date changes not permitted once ticketed.
10. The winner(s) of the first prize agree to take part in reasonable publicity by entering the competition and will agree to providing digital content in the form of photographs and video from their trip of South Korea.
11. The decision of the prize winner chosen is final.
12. AU$750 of spending money will be organised to be transferred to the winner’s nominated bank account by the 31 December, 2024 by the publisher of this magazine, Grin Creative.
13. Once selected and booked, prize cannot be exchanged for another itinerary. In the event that, for any reason whatsoever, a winner does not take the prize at the time stipulated by the promoter, the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize.
14. Prize cannot be gifted to other persons in lieu of the winner not being able to travel. Should the winner not be able to complete the itinerary within the period of prize validity, the prize shall be forfeited without any replacement for their value.
15. The winner is responsible for getting to any departure points (for flights etc), in time for security checks and the check-in procedures on the day of departure. Travel costs to airports are at the winner’s own expense. Most dinners and lunches are not included and any additional experiences will be paid for by the winner.
16. It is the prize winners and all traveller’s personal responsibility to ensure that they have valid documentation, including, but not limited to, personal identification and health requirements, which meet the requirements of government authorities. Any fines, penalties, payments or expenditures incurred as a result of such documents not meeting the requirements of those authorities will be the sole responsibility of the traveller/s.
17. Additional spending money required, beyond the AU$750 already provided by World Nomads, flights, meals, extra accommodation, items of a personal nature, travel to and from departure point, and all other ancillary costs are the responsibility of the winner. Any costs incurred from changes post booking, such as a name change or other amends, are the winner’s responsibility to pay. Unless expressly stated, all other expenses become the responsibility of the winner. The first prize is based on two people travelling together throughout the trip with 1 x twin or double room included.
18. The promoters are Worldnomads.com Pty Ltd, Asiana, World Nomads, Korea Tourism Organization and InsideAsia Tours.
19. In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency, disaster or any other circumstance beyond the control of the Provider, they reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion at any time and without notice. This also applies to any actual, anticipated or alleged breach of any applicable law or regulation, or if travel would be contrary to Australian Foreign Office advice, or if circumstances arise outside of its control that prevent the implementation of the prize.
20. The terms and conditions of the prize can change without any notice in advance.
