TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

From 8 November 2023 at 12:01am ACDT to 30 November 2023 at 11:59pm ACDT.

Excludes: McCracken Country Club El Questro Parks.

Entrants will receive one Entry each time they meet the Entry Criteria during the Promotion Period. However, each Entry must be unique and submitted separately.
All holiday parks operated by the Promoter in Australia that are branded and named ‘Discovery’ including ‘Discovery Parks’ and ‘Discovery Resorts’. A Participating Park does not include an Excluded Park.
   Entrant to make a booking via https://www.discoveryholidayparks.com.au at a Participating Park during the Promotion Period and include the Entrant email address and mobile number in the booking.
Entrant must be available to receive and attend the Prize on 10 December 2023.
 
  Prize:
  Three (3) prizes up to the value of $7,000 each. Each Prize shall include:

• Four (4) of tickets to the WONKA Film Premiere located in Sydney on 10 December 2023;
• Four (4) return economy flights from the Winner’s closest capital city to Sydney, Australia arriving on 10 December 2023 and departing 12 December 2023;
• Private return transfer from Sydney Airport to Discovery Parks – Lane Cove;
• Private return transfer from Discovery Parks – Lane Cove to the WONKA Film Premiere on 10 December 2023;
• Two nights’ accommodation for four (4) persons at Discovery Parks – Lane Cove in a Standard Cabin from 10 December 2023 to 12 December 2023;
• Five hundred dollars ($500) spending money.

   The Prize Draw will take place in an open plan office located at Level 7, 60 Light Square, Adelaide, South Australia, Australia on 1 December 2023 at 9:30am ACDT by the Brand & Advertising Manger – Discovery supervised by at least three (3) Promotor employees.

The Prize will be delivered to the Winner via email and telephone.
The Winner must respond to the Promotor’s Notification email or telephone phone call within 72 hours to accept the Prize.
Should the Winner not adhere to the conditions within Item 10, a Redraw will take place in an open plan office located at Level 7, 60 Light Square, Adelaide, South Australia, Australia on 5 December

   Winners will be notified on 1 December 2023 via email and telephone provided in their Entry.
The Promotor will publish the Winner’s last name, first initial and postcode on Promotor’s website on 12 December 2023.
