1. The Promoter
CW Media PTY LTD ACN 606 548 298, ABN 43 913 252 975, 6 Albert Street Preston, Vic 3072, on behalf of the Chemist Warehouse and e-Pharmacy group.
2. Terms of Entry
(a) Competition entries can be made from 00.01am AEDST on Monday 27 November 2023 until 11.59pm AEDST on Friday 22 December 2023 through the Promoter’s websites
(b) Entries received outside the Competition period will not be eligible or accepted.
(c) Entries that are incomplete, illegible or indecipherable will not be valid and will be deemed void.
(d) Entry is conditional upon entrants purchasing any two products from the Sally Hansen range in a single transaction at Chemist Warehouse, My Chemist or E-Pharmacy (in-store or online) and providing proof of such transactions in the form of a valid purchase receipt number and entering online via the above website/s.
(e) The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries that are lost, stolen, illegible, misdirected or damaged however caused.
(f) Submitting an entry constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
(g) Multiple entries by eligible entrants are accepted, subject to entrants holding multiple proofs of purchase with different valid purchase receipt numbers.
3. Who May Enter
(a) The Competition is open to Australian permanent residents over 18 years of age.
(b) The Competition is not open to:
(i) Employees of the Promoter;
(ii) Parties to whom the Promoter has contracted work in relation to this Competition;
(iii) Parties who are otherwise directly involved with this Competition; and
(iv) Any immediate family members or any of the abovementioned parties.
4. Prize
(a) The prize is 1 x Hollywood family holiday to feel like a star for 4 PAX. This includes:
· Prize package for 4 PAX
· Return economy flights from nearest capital city to LA
· Return airport / hotel transfers
· 5 nights hotel accommodation
· Private TROLLS 3 inspired recording studio session
· Celebrity homes tour
(b) Total prize value is up to $17,000 AUD.
(c) Prize terms and conditions:
· Prize has no cash alternative, is non-transferable and non-refundable.
· Prize not available during USA or Australian Public or National holiday periods. Not valid 20 March – 10 April 2023. Not valid 15 December 2023 – 30 January 2024.
· Travel dates must be confirmed within 45 days of notification.
· One winner must be over 18 years of age.
· All elements are subject to availability at time of booking.
· Accommodation is based on 4 people sharing 1 room.
· A valid credit card must be presented at hotel check in for incidentals.
· Tickets are non-transferable (i.e. no name changes allowed). Once tickets are issued, they are non-endorsable and non-transferable. Any alterations to confirmed flights and/or accommodation details will be at the expense of the winner. All components of the Prize must be fulfilled at the same time and they cannot be split across different time periods. Any changes by the winner made to the specified prize package (including travel extensions, additional guests, etc) will be subject to an administration fee of $250 excluding GST, which must be settled in full prior to booking confirmation.
· Individual supplier terms and conditions apply. Once the Prize has been arranged, any changes to the travel, flights, accommodation or scheduling arrangements are at the expense of the Winner and their travelling companions.
· Flights: Flights are economy class and may be indirect. The airline’s Conditions of Carriage apply to all flights. The Winner and travelling companions must travel at the same time and are responsible for transport from their residence to their nearest Capital City Airport in Australia. The winner and their travelling companions will responsible for making their way to and from their departing Australian airport.
· Airline, flight route and dates of travel are subject to the promoter’s absolute and final decision.
· Winners and guest travel at their own risk and, if for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including war, terrorism, state of emergency, pandemic, or any other kind of disaster, tampering or computer virus, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion or suspend, substitute or modify a prize, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.
· Winner must obtain their own travel insurance and proof of insurance be provided before tickets are issued.
· Winners must follow any Covid-19 conditions and restrictions which may apply, but not limited to, travel, hotel and events. Winner and guests must adhere to USA conditions and restrictions at the time of travel. This may include, but not limited to, mask wearing and Proof of Vaccination Certificate Presentation.
· If you're visiting USA for less than 90 days, you may be eligible for the Electronic System for Travel Authorisation (ESTA) and be able to enter under the Visa Waiver Program. If you're not eligible, you'll need a visa. Each traveller, including children, must have their own ESTA and visa waiver, or visa.
5. Selecting the Winner
(a) The Competition winners will be selected by 3.00pm on Friday 12 January 2024 at 6 Albert Street, Preston, VIC, 3072.
(b) The Competition winner will be randomly selected using automated competition drawing software (Draw My Comp, approval no: 949). The Competition will be drawn at 6 Albert Street, Preston VIC 3072 at 3:00pm.
(c) The Competition winner will be notified by SMS or email by 5.00pm Friday 12 January 2024. Whilst the Promoter will use its best endeavours to contact the winner within the abovementioned time, the decision not to award an entrant who cannot be contacted a prize is at the sole and absolute discretion of the Promoter and can be made at any time after the Competition winners have been selected.
(d) If within one month after the determination of the winner of the lottery, a prize (other than a prize consisting of perishable goods) has not been claimed by the winner, the promoter must take all reasonable steps to deliver the prize to the prize winner. At the conclusion of the three months if the prize cannot be delivered, the promoter must notify the Office and, subject to the Office’s approval, re-determine the winner of the prize in accordance with any directions by the Office
(e) If the prize is unclaimed, the Promoter will re draw on Friday 16 February 2024 at 10.00am at 6 Albert Street, Preston, VIC, 3072 and publish these details on the below sites on Friday 16 February by 5.00pm. The winner will also be notified in writing within 7 days.

(f) A person purporting to be a prize winner may be required to provide proof of identity and to verify any other eligibility requirements.
6. Publication of winner’s details
The Promoter will publish the Competition winners on the following websites on Friday 12 January 2024 and that information shall remain posted there for at least 28 days.

Privacy and use of personal information
(a) In accordance with the Privacy Act (1988) (Cth), the Promoter notifies entrants that entry to the Competition involves the collection of personal information about entrants, such as their name, address, mobile phone number and email address. This is collected for the purpose of establishing eligibility, carrying out the Competition and notifying the winner. If the information is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the Competition. Entrants’ personal information may be disclosed to State Lottery agencies and winner’ name published as required under the relevant lottery legislation.
(b) Each entrant consents to the Promoter using their personal information provided in connection with their entry, for the purposes of undertaking any investigation in connection with verifying the identity of an entry or any suspected tampering.
(c) Each entrant consents to the Promoter and its authorised licensees using the entrant’s name, likeness, image and/or photograph and voice in the event that they are the winner, in any media for an unlimited period of time, without remuneration or compensation, for the purposes of promoting the outcome of this Competition.
7. Discontinuation of the Competition or Disqualification of an Entrant
(a) Subject to State legislation; The Promoter reserves the right to discontinue the Competition at any time and in its sole and absolute discretion may cancel, terminate or modify the Competition without the need to provide compensation to entrants or attempted entrants.
(b) The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with (or whom the Promoter reasonably suspects has tampered with) the entry process or the winner selection process or who has otherwise been misleading or fraudulent in the course of the Competition.
8. Exclusion of Liability
(a) The Promoter makes no representation nor provides any warranties as to the quality or suitability of the prizes offered.
(b) The Promoter is not responsible for any losses associated with any change to the value of any prizes.
(c) To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss suffered or sustained by any person or to personal property including, but not limited to, consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by the Promoter or its servants or agents, in connection with the arrangements for the supply of any goods or services by any person to the prize winner and where applicable, to any person or persons accompanying the prize winner.
(d) The Promoter’s decision on all matters relating to this Competition will be final.
(e) The Promoter is under no obligation to provide reasons for any of its decisions.
(f) The Promoter is under no obligation to engage in any form of correspondence whatsoever with entrants or purported entrants, or their representatives, in any matters relating to the competition.
