Entry Restrictions: Competition open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Prize to be delivered directly to winner at the expense of the Promoter, Montague, to an Australian postal address only within Australia.
Employees of Montague, the Prize Supplier(s) and associated companies and their immediate families are ineligible.
Competition Period:
Commences: 8:00AM AEDT on 11/01/2024.
Closes: 11:59PM AEDT on 21/02/2024.
Maximum Number of Entries: Unlimited purchases with one entry per purchase. Entrants must retain proof of purchase to be able to claim prize.
How to enter: During the Competition Period, entrants must have purchased any amount of the MONTAGUE tree™ stone fruit (including plums, nectarines, peaches or apricots) during the promotion period from an independent grocer, then go to the following link:

Entrants must agree to sign up to Montague’s e-mail list as mentioned in the online form.
Entrants must register their details, including (but not limited to) name, email address, address and phone number.
Prize: One Prize winner will receive a Weber BBQ & BBQ tool set.
The Prize value is $1100 AUD (RRP).

Winner Selection: One Prize Winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.
A Montague employee will select a winner at random and the Winner will be selected on 22/02/24 at 10:00AM AEDT at 14 Horswood Rd Narre Warren North 3804 VIC, Australia. Prize Winner will be notified by email and phone call on 22/02/24.
Second Chance Draw and notification:
If a Winner has not responded by 10:00AM 29/03/24, the Promoter will select another winner from all valid entries. Second Chance Draw winners will be notified by email or phone on 29/02/24.
General Terms and Conditions
Entry into the Competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions. Information on how to enter and prize details form part of these terms and conditions. The Promoter may vary these terms and conditions from time to time at its sole discretion, subject to approval of the relevant state authorities.
Eligibility to enter the Competition is subject to the Entry Restrictions above.
To enter the Competition, entrants must complete the process outlined in the Entry Details during the Competition Period. Any entry received outside of the Competition Period will be deemed invalid.
Entrants may make unlimited purchases of the MONTAGUE tree™ stonefruit with one entry per purchase. Entrants must retain proof of purchase to be able to claim prize. The entry must meet the eligibility requirements.
Incomprehensible and incomplete entries will be deemed invalid. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost, delayed or misdirected entries.
The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of identity, proof of Australian residency status at the nominated Prize delivery address and proof of entry validity, in order to claim a Prize. Acceptance of proof of purchase is at the discretion of the Promoter. In the event that an entrant cannot provide proof, their entry will be deemed invalid.
All valid entries are automatically entered into the Winner Selection process, which will take place at the times and dates set out in the Terms & Conditions, including any specified Second Chance Draw.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Winners will be notified via email.
The Prize is as depicted or described in the Terms & Conditions and, unless otherwise specified, not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The Promoter is not responsible for any additional costs associated with use of the Prize.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any loss, damages, or injury incurred to enter the Competition or in connection with taking up the Prizes.
Once Prizes has been delivered to the specified address, no responsibility is taken for Prizes damaged or delayed.
Prize values are based upon the recommended retail prices at the time of printing (inclusive of GST). The Promoter accepts no responsibility for change in Prize value between now and the ultimate Prize redemption date.
