Purchase any participating Bombay or Bacardi product, scan the QR Code in store, upload your receipt and go in the draw for a chance to win.

1. Informa-on on how to enter and prize(s) form part of these condi-ons of entry. By entering this competition on, entrants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Entry is only open to Australian residents (excluding WA) aged 18 years and over. Employees (and
their immediate families) of the Promoter, Bacardi-Mar-ni Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 40 103 911
146) and agencies associated with this promo-on are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means
any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, stepbrother, step-sister or first cousin.
3. Promo-on commences at 9.00am AEST on 22nd January 2024 and ends at 11.59pm AEST on 4th
February 2024 (the “Promotional Period”).
4. To be eligible to enter, individuals must purchase any participating Bombay Sapphire or Bacardi product from a participating promotional retailer during the Promo Period (“Qualifying Purchase”). For the purpose of this promotion, participating retailers will be any Thirsty Camel store Na-onally displaying material advertsing this promo on during the Promotional Period.
Par-cipa-ng products include any Bombay Sapphire or Bacardi products.
5. To enter, individuals must scan the QR code located on the in-store point of sale or fill in all the required fields and upload their proof of
purchase receipt (“Online Entry Form”) by 11.59pm AEST on 4th February 2024.
6. By entering this compe–on you agree that you have read and understood the Terms and
Condi-ons of entry.
7. Incomplete, indecipherable, illegible or late entries will be deemed invalid.
8. Mul-ple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one (1) entry permtted per
Qualifying Purchase; (b) each entry must be submi`ed separately in accordance with the entry
requirements; and (c) a maximum of (2) two entries per person per day is permitted.
9. Failure to attach the proof of purchase for all entries may, in the absolute discretion on of the promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of an entrants entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize.
Purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify the store of purchase, that a partipating product was purchased, and that the purchase was made during the Promo-onal Period but prior to entry.
10. The Promoter reserves the right, at any -me to verify the validity of entries and entrants
(including the entrants iden-ty, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who
submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Condi-ons or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not cons-tute a waiver of those rights.

11. If there is a dispute as to the iden-ty of an entrant the promoter reserves the right in sole
discre-on, to determine the iden-ty of the entrant.
12. Entries received from each par-cipa-ng promo-ng retailer will be collated and winners drawn
from the one draw. FIFTY (50) winners will be drawn at random and each will win a YETI So6
Cooler Bag valued at $299 (total prize pool value $14,950 AUD). The winners will be drawn at 56 Bay Road, Sandringham, Victoria, 3191 on Monday 6th February at 2pm.
13. Winners will be no-fied by email, or telephone before Wednesday 8th February 2024. Bacardi – Yeti cooler bag promo-onal banner by Wednesday 8th February 2024.
14. All other costs and expenses associated with the prize beyond the specified prize components
listed here will be the responsibility of each winner.
15. The prize will be distributed to each winner up to 7 days afer the compe–on closes and winners
have been drawn and no-fied.
16. If any prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discre-on, reserves the right to subs-tute the prize
with a prize to the equal value and/or specifica-on.
17. Winners must claim their prize within a period of 28 days of the draw date. If for any reason a
winner does not take a prize by the -me s-pulated by the Promoter, then the prize will be
forfeited. If required, a second prize draw will take place by the promoter, at 56 Bay Road
Sandringham, 3191 on the 6th March 2024 at 2.00pm AEST. Prizes are not transferable or
exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
18. Entrants consent to the Promoter using their names only on the promo-on landing page if they
are a winner.
19. If this promo-on is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably
an-cipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not
limited to technical difficul-es, unauthorised interven-on or fraud, the Promoter reserves the
right, in its sole discre-on, to the fullest extent permi`ed by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or
(b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promo-on, as appropriate.
20. The Promoter encourages consumers to enjoy responsibly. Legal aged consumers are advised to
consider the safe drinking levels recommended in the Na-onal Health and Medical Research
Council Australian Alcohol guidelines that are available at
www.nhmrc.gov.au/publica-ons/synopses/ds10syn.htm.
21. Nothing in these Terms and Condi-ons limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude
or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Compe–on and Consumer
Act, as well as any other implied warran-es under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protec-on
laws in the States and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any
liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter
(including its respec-ve officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including
negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss.
22. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees,
the Promoter (including its respec-ve officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and
excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage
(including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequen-al, arising in any
way out of: (a) any technical difficul-es or equipment malfunc-on (whether or not under the
Promoter’s control); (b) any thef, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry
or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not afer their
receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d)
any varia-on in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Condi-ons; (e) any tax liability
incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) taking and/or use of a prize.
23. As a condi-on of accep-ng a prize, each winner must sign any legal documenta-on as and in the
form required by the Promoter and/or prize suppliers in their absolute discre-on, including but
not limited to a legal release and indemnity form.
The Promoter collects personal informa-on in order to conduct the promo-on and may, for this
purpose, disclose such informa-on to third par-es, including but not limited to agents,
contractors, service providers and prize suppliers. Entry is condi-onal on providing this
informa-on. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the
information for promo, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including
sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. Entrants should direct any request to
access, opt-out, update or correct informa-on to the Promoter. All entries become the property
of the Promoter.
The Promoter is bound by the Australian Privacy Principles in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and its privacy policy
