Sarah J. Maas Collector’s Edition Prize Draw
We will only process your data for the purposes of entering you into and administering the prize
draw, and not for any other purpose without your consent. This will not affect any existing
marketing preferences you have with us. For further information on how we process your data

Entering the prize draw
1. The prize draw is open to all residents of the United Kingdom, ROI, India, Australia and
New Zealand who are aged 18 or over, except employees and their families of the promoter
listed below (the promoter, “us” and “we”), its agents or anyone professionally connected
with this prize draw.
2. This prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary. By fully completing and
submitting the form (”Entry”) you will automatically be added to the prize draw and are
deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
3. The prize draw will open on 22nd January 2024 at 9am GMT. Any Entry must be completed
and received by us by 11pm GMT on 1st March 2024. Entries received after the closing date
of the prize draw will not be considered.
4. Only one Entry will be permitted per person, regardless of method of entry. Subsequent or
second entries will be disqualified.
5. All Entries submitted to us will become our property on receipt and by submitting your
Entry, you hereby assign any and all intellectual property rights in and to your Entry to us.
6. No responsibility will be accepted by us for any lost, delayed or incomplete or misdirected
Entries or Entries that cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason.
Prize and winner
7. There will be four (4) winners who will be in with a chance of winning the prize of A Court of
Thorns and Roses Collector’s Edition and Throne of Glass Collector’s Edition
8. Only one Prize per winner will be awarded.
9. We have the right to cancel the prize draw or substitute the Prize, whether in whole or in
part at our sole discretion. There is no cash alternative and the Prize is not transferable or
exchangeable.
10. Expenses and costs not stated as part of the Prize are solely the responsibility of the winner.
11. The winners to be chosen at random on 4th March 2024
12. The winners will be notified by email or telephone (using details provided at entry) before
15th March 2024 and must provide a postal address to claim their Prize. If the winner does
not respond to us within seven days of being notified by us, then the winner's Prize will be
forfeited and we will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process
described above.
13. The winner’s name and county can be obtained by sending a stamped addressed envelope to
Holly Minter, Brand Manager, at the below address or an email to
holly.minter@bloomsbury.com within 60 of days after the date of the closing date of the
prize draw.
14. The winner’s name, image and likeness may be used by us in any media and we may require
the winners to participate in publicity or advertising related to the prize draw
