Promotional Period
Entries into the promotion open at 12.01am AEDT on 12 February 2024 and close at 11:59pm AEST on 8 April 2024.
Participating Product(s)
Any Participating Product includes any product from FANCY FEAST.
Entry Method
To enter, Eligible Entrants must during the Promotional Period:
(i) Purchase $5 or more Participating Product(s), in a single transaction from a Participating Retailer (‘Eligible Purchase’). A ‘Participating Retailer’ is any Drake’s, Foodworks, Foodland, IGA, Supa IGA, IGA Express chain of Supermarkets in Australia (including online) that stocks the Participating Product and displays material advertising the Promotion.

(iii) Complete the entry form including (but not limited to) their name, email address, phone number, postal address, receipt number and upload an image of their itemised purchase receipt*.
(iv) Click on “submit” to finalise their entry into the “Major Prize Draw”. Entries must be submitted before the close of the Promotional Period.
(v) Eligible Entrants then have a chance to participate in a secondary “Instant Win” Promotion. To do so, Eligible Entrants must proceed to the online scratch and win page where the Eligible Entrants will be presented with three (3) images to ‘scratch’ (‘Scratch and Win Game’). Using their computer mouse, finger or stylus, entrants will be required to ‘scratch’ to reveal three (3) images.
(vi) If three (3) of the images contain the same dollar amount, then they will be awarded with the equivalent prize in the form of an Digital Visa Card gift card. For example, if three (3) ‘$50’ images appear, then they will be provisionally deemed an Instant Prize Winner and will win a $50 Digital Visa Card gift card (subject to verification). However, if the three (3) images do not all match, they will not be awarded with a prize. For example, if the Eligible Entrant reveals two (2) ‘$50’ images and (1) ‘$100’ image, that Eligible Entrant will not win a prize.
(vii) Eligible Entrants will be immediately notified via an onscreen message if they have provisionally won an Instant Win Prize. If an Eligible Entrant is deemed a provisional Instant Prize Winner, they will receive an email relating to the prize. If they have not won an Instant Win Prize the entrant will be notified via an onscreen message, and they will not receive an e-mail. All non-winning Instant Win Prize entries will be automatically placed in a Second Chance Draw.
*Note: All Prize Winners are deemed provisional prize winners and subject to verification before being awarded a Prize. Eligible Entrants must retain original itemised purchase receipt(s). Purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify the store/online store of purchase, the receipt/invoice number, and that the product(s) purchased are Participating Product(s) and that the purchase was made during the Promotional Period.
Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following:
(a) only one (1) entry permitted per Eligible Purchase regardless of the amount spent on Participating Product(s) in excess of $5.00 in that same transaction; and
(b) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements.

Instant Win Prizes:
There are six-hundred-and-fifty-six (656) Instant Win Prizes to be won during the Promotional Period. To determine when all three (3) symbols will match for an Eligible Entrant, the Promoter will conduct a draw prior to the commencement of the Promotional Period (at 12.00pm AEDT on 7 February 2024) at iGoDirect Pty Ltd, 41 Stubbs Street, Kensington, VIC 3031 using a computerised program which will randomly allocate six- hundred-and-fifty-six (656) ‘winning moments’ between the start and end of the Promotional Period. The first valid entry to play the Scratch and Win Game after one of those Winning Moments has passed will result in three (3) matching symbols being displayed and one (1) Instant Win Prize (prizes are listed below) being awarded to the provisional Instant Prize Winner subject to verification.. Quality control errors will not invalidate an otherwise valid prize claim. Unless otherwise due to fraud or ineligibility under these Terms and Conditions, all prize claims in excess of the advertised prize pool will be honoured.
Major Prize Draw:

Major Prize Conditions:
The Major Prize will be supplied by the Promoter’s agency, iGoDirect Pty Ltd, 41 Stubbs Street, Kensington, VIC 3031. All monetary prizes are as per the Conditions of Entry. Subject to the requirements in Clause 7 and 8 below, transfer of the monetary prize will take place within 30 days of the Major Prize Winner claiming their prize. It is the responsibility of the Major Prize Winner to provide a valid Australian form of photo ID and a bank statement showing their name and account number as proof to take ownership of the cash prize (any balance amounts can be redacted). Prizes are not transferable.

Prize Claim Date
The Major Draw Prize and Instant Prizes must be claimed by 5.00pm AEST on 22 July 2024 by responding to the Prize Winner Notification. If the prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date, the prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter may determine an alternative winner via an Unclaimed Prize Draw.
Unclaimed Prize Draw and Prize Winner Notification and Publication Details
