The participating brands (Brands) in this Sweepstake promotion include Lapoche, Pool Buoy, made by Fressko and Unlabelled.
2. The Sweepstakes begins on Monday 19 February 2024 at 12:00 PM and ends on Monday 26 February 2024 at 11:59 PM AEST (the "Entry Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.
3. An entry is valid once a participant enters via the competition promo page at
https://lapoche.com/pages/the-ultimate-summer-giveaway and follows Lapoche/@lapochetravel, Pool Buoy/@poolbuoy.co, made by Fressko/@madebyfressko_official, and Unlabelled/@unlabelled_org on Instagram. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications of the Sweepstakes may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. You must provide the information requested. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules of the Sweepstakes, your submission may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.
4. The Sweepstakes is open to Australian and New Zealand residents only, and is void where prohibited by law. Employees, independent contractors, interns, officers, directors, and agents of the Brands and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
5. Winners will be notified via Instagram DM and email and also announced on social media on Tuesday 27 February 2024.
6. By entering the Sweepstakes, the contestant (you) agrees to comply with and abide by these Rules and the decisions of the Brands, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept the Brands decisions as final and binding as it relates to the content of this campaign. Entrants should look solely to the Sponsor with any questions, comments or issues related to the Sweepstakes.
7. There is one winner of this Sweepstakes. The winner will receive 4 x $500 gift cards valid for use at lapoche.com, poolbuoy.co, au.madebyfressko.com and unlabelled.org.au. All gift cards and details of the individual prizes will be emailed directly from the Brands, therefore by entering participants consent to receiving marketing emails from all brands. All gift cards are valid for 12 months and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. The prize is non transferable. Substitution of the prize or transfer/assignment of the prize to others or request for the cash equivalent of the prize by the Winner is not permitted.
8. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
9. The Winner will be selected by Random Draw under the supervision of the Brands. The Winner will be notified within one day of the winner selection. The Brands shall have no liability for a Winner's failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for a Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected.
10. The Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, Reddit, Pinterest, LinkedIn or any other social networks that are used to share the competition. You understand that you are providing your information to the owner of the Sweepstakes and not to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, Reddit, Pinterest, LinkedIn or any other social networks.
